A spacious apartment with all amenities, on the beach and right on the boardwalk. After many years of coming to Barbados, we would be hard pressed to think of a better location. Gotzone and Eneko we excellent hosts and ensured our stay went smoothly, they went above and beyond what we would have expected. The apartment is modern, bright, light and breezy with amazing views. We cannot speak highly enough of its benefits.

We had an amazing time in Barbados and I can 100% attribute that to our host Gotzone. We were visiting Barbados for fertility treatment at the local fertility center which is just a five minute walk from the Villa, so very convenient if you’re a client there. Gotzone stayed in contact throughout the whole stay and made us feel at home. We stayed for two days right down the street at the Coconut Court, Hotel to wait out our quarantine. Gotzone was at the Villa doing some final preparation before we checked-in and offered to come pick us up from the hotel and drive us to the Villa. Who does that? It was so nice of her and saved us from lugging our bags through the streets and paying for a cab. The villa was so beautiful! We couldn’t ask for a better view of the ocean. Because the villa is at the end of the boardwalk it was very quiet and we felt as if we had multiple beaches to ourselves. The building was very secure with coded access. The villa was stocked with anything you needed. We had multiple times where we thought to ourselves oh man I wish we had X, and wouldn’t you know we found every little thing in the Villa that we needed. I got a sunburn and forgot aloe. There was aloe in the refrigerator. We bought cigars but forgot cutters and matches. We found both in the drawers. We were able to cook most of our meals to save some money since we were staying for quite some time. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and spices. We got a little lazy with cooking and ended up with quite a few grocery items left when we left. Gotzone donated the food to local families who were impacted by COVID-19 and I thought that was brilliant and heartwarming. We have some travel issues along the way because my sister and mother had an extended quarantine and our flights were canceled a few times during our stay which caused me a little stress but Gotzone and Eneko were so easy going with moving dates for us. They just wanted us to relax and make the most of the very short precious time away from the stresses of the world. We will be back!

All of the other assessments of this property and location are spot on. One of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. With one of the most attentive and caring hosts I have ever encountered. I was there with family and friends and everyone had an amazing time. I use an electric wheelchair and found the place great for my personal needs - message me privately for details. I really cannot say enough about this place. I can't wait to come back.

We booked up at short notice for this holiday having read the previous reviews. Eneko contacted us the following day and that opened the dialogue with him and Gotzone. We have nothing new to add to the previous reviews as all are accurate. Believe them and book. Gotzone was in touch throughout and we had the pleasure of meeting her midweek. Nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay. I cannot sign off without a mention of Duane. If you need transport, if you need an exceptional tour guide, Duane’s your man, Eneko, Gotzone, thank you for allowing us to use your exceptional property for our holiday. Our family of 5 stayed in Eneko's condo for a week. With the pullout couch, everyone was comfy. My husband said the pullout couch was the most comfortable pullout mattress he has ever slept on! There is a queen bed in the master, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen pullout couch. Both bathrooms are modern and nice. The whole condo is decorated very nicely and is very comfortable. This is a gated building so we felt very secure here. The condo is steps from the beach and also has a nice little shady pool on the terrace. There are also two beach chairs, an umbrella and other beach necessities at the condo. They even have a very well-stocked first aid kit in the master bath. They really thought of everything a family might need when in a foreign country. Eneko's mum, Gotzone, was in contact with us every single day (sometimes multiple times during the day) providing directions, recommendations, reservations, reputable taxi services, etc. She really helped ensure that we all had a fantastic vacation and that all our needs were met. She is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend staying in that condo just because of her because you simply can't beat having a "local" give you all the information you need to navigate the island and all of the things to do there. I recommend stopping at the grocery store on the way to the condo from the airport to stock up on things you'll need for breakfast, lunch, etc. or Gotzone can have those items there for you if you give her some notice. If you bring snorkel gear, there are fish right off of the beach in front of the condo that you can see. BRING LOTS OF SUNBLOCK! If we could, we would come back to this condo every year. The only thing that I would say is to either rent a car or be prepared to take taxis almost everywhere, which can get expensive; however, we always were able to call and get a taxi within minutes any time we needed one. There is no Uber in Barbados. For a family of 5, we needed to get a van every time. There isn't really a decent grocery store within walking distance of this condo, although there is a convenience store, wine shop, etc., but I found the convenience store was out of stock on things like paper towels, produce, milk, etc. There are a few restaurants on the nice little boardwalk that runs in front of the condo on the beach side, and I recommend you make reservations early in the day for those as they fill up fast.

Condo is spacious with a nice patio and balcony. It does not require much A/C as you can create a nice breeze by opening the balcony door in the living room. Eneko and Gotzone are easy to communicate with! Thanks for hosting us!

The property is located in the most convenient area. The boardwalk runs along just outside on the ocean side. Easy access to amenities, pubs, shops, farmers market and the ocean!! There is a bus stop just outside the building to take you into Oistons one way, and a little further down to take you into Bridgetown. Owner's helpful tips were most welcome, and the photos of the unit are exactly what you are getting! The most comfortable and cozy decor - can stay in and cook or go out to eat! It's all so accessible too! The building is secure and quiet, it was a very peaceful holiday!

We had a great vacation. Spent 10 days here, would have loved to stay longer. Gotzone and Eneko were so helpful, from arranging the taxi from the airport to offering to pick up some groceries to have in the condo when we arrived. The place had everything you needed. 2 minute walk down the boardwalk to a bunch of restaurants and bars. Fantastic beaches. Loved every minute. Will definitely stay here again

The property is exactly as presented in the pictures -- nicely furnished and with beautiful views. The owners are also extremely nice and responsive. Highly recommended!

This condo was amazing for my family. We enjoyed 10 wonderful days in Barbados and had everything we needed in our Condo. Firstly, our host arranged for our pick up at the airport. Duane is an amazing taxi driver and very knowledgeable of the area. Upon arrival entrance into the condo was very simple and easy. the place is exactly as the pictures with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. There was a welcome kit with information regarding the condo along with other things to do and restaurants in the area. There was also "Rum Punch" for us to enjoy. The view is breathless and the sound of the ocean at night is surreal. Beach and pool area was also kept clean and not crowded. Many things to see and restaurants within walking distance.
