The onsite commercial-grade cellular booster enhances service from a second tower, improving 4G services for additional carriers, and is wired into cabin. This spectacular home is conveniently located close to the paved county road, just a short distance down a maintained neighborhood dirt road. The property is local forest on manicured lawn with automatic sprinklers, aspens, and majestic pine trees with lots of space to relax and enjoy the quiet tranquility in your personal resort setting. Across the road is mostly undeveloped and provides an extended local forest setting. Right outside the door is access to hundreds of miles of groomed trails maintained by the county, with warming huts and boondocking on world class mountains. Snowmobile, ATV, or Jeep from the cabin in any direction to destinations including Two-Top to West Yellowstone, Mesa Falls Scenic Byway, Warm Springs, or beyond the cabin west to the Jefferson Mountains and Keg Springs. Be sure to pick up your free local trail map! The West Yellowstone entrance is approximately 30 miles away! World class fishing with several available guide services on local streams, rivers, and lakes (Snake River and Henry's Lake). Island Park Reservoir's public boat launch is approximately 2.5 miles from the cabin at McCrea Bridge. Harriman State Park is located on Hwy 20 near the Mesa Falls Scenic Byway cut-off. Open between June 1st and October 31st, the Sawtell Peak Road is a twelve mile gravel road that climbs to the top of the 9875 foot summit of Sawtell Peak for a breathtaking 360-degree view of the Island Park caldera, Yellowstone, the Centennial and Madison Valley in Montana, Island park Reservoir, and the Grand Tetons in Wyoming. *Porch was dirty *Bar table on porch broken ( very wobbly ) *Hot tub was “locked” so you could not adjust temp or jets on * stuff everywhere under porch ( unkept looking ) *ratchet strap holding a broken tree off back porch off the fence * Trash was completely full on arriving , $55 fee if you leave any trash bags out of the 1 trash can . Seems to me if your renting out this cabin for a week at a time , for a family of 10 , they would at least provide 2 cans. * pics are deceiving , this cabin is in a neighborhood. The house directly behind , you can see in their backyard . The dog doesn’t stop barking all night , and if you like to sleep where the temp is at least in the 60s on a summer night , you want to leave your window open . Well it’s either be hott or hear a dog bark the entire night ( window shut didn’t help the noise ). * 2 TVs , only one works . Unless you want to watch the same channel on both TVs. We don’t watch it much but at the end of a day would be nice . When you pay this much , your expectations are at a certain level . Disappointed in the price, location and quality . We were expecting a cabin secluded in the woods ( or at least a good distance . Several neighbors a few yards away have run down places , very sketchy . We didn’t feel comfortable letting our kids go out of our sight . On the positive side , the cabin itself was nice and spacious. *** as far as Island Park , highly recommend!! Plenty of trails and close to Yellowstone **
