When it’s time to dine, two tables each seat six. BED & BATH This home sleeps 16 guests between three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Featuring a private balcony and a wood-burning fireplace, the primary suite has a king bed, a full-size sleeper sofa, and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Complete with a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, the second bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and two full-size beds. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The big shaded yard is great for enjoying beautiful Texas days. Fire up the grill and host an afternoon cookout. A private dock is yours to enjoy. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, firewood, and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for four cars in the driveway. No street or garage parking is available. This two-story home has a step-free entry. The boat slip and dock are not available for boating use (however, you can swim, fish, or paddleboard from the dock). Two paddleboards are provided for your enjoyment. Passenger pick-up for boats is only at Emma Long Metropolitan Park, a public dock. The canal is too shallow for most boats. Please note that the City of Austin limits occupancy to six unrelated adults. This rental is not suitable for bachelor or bachelorette parties. LOCATION With a prime location on Lake Austin, you can easily walk to a favorite local hangout, Ski Shores. Emma Long Metropolitan Park is a 5-minute drive from home. When you want to explore the city, drive approximately 20 minutes into downtown.
