David was an amazing host! He called me the morning we were set to check in and walked me through the whole cottage. He was also easy to contact throughout our stay (we have an issue with the alarm system), and gave great recommendations for local outings. We went to Bent Ridge due to his recommendation and thoroughly enjoyed the food (and his 15% discount)! Even though the weather was rather gloomy we made the most of it and had a great time swimming, canoeing and drinking our morning coffees on the dock. Highly recommend.

Lovely spot. Everything we needed…except sun ☀️. Got an afternoon on the dock & a swim in the warm waters of Falls Lake. Canasta,Scrabble & reading and chatting w good friends made a fine retreat. Recommend to others….A

We spent 2 weeks at the cottage. Week 1 my wife and I were still in "work from home" mode - wifi was excellent and allowed both of us to work online (email, etc.) with no issues, week 2 was a full vacation; kayaks and canoe were used quite often and the docks are great to swim off of as well. The cottage was very well equipped and quite comfortable. Our two week stay went by in a blur and we will be looking to book there again in the future.

Beautiful location and home. We really enjoyed our stay, the outdoor fire pit and the wood stove. Loved the decor. Great communication by the owner.

Great spot for an adults getaway or a weekend away with family. The kitchen is equipped with pretty much everything you will need. Nice and cozy when you take advantage of the wood stove.

We came to Nova Scotia from Ontario to pick up a puppy I had reserved. I looked for a place, near the breeder, to spend a few days, to let the puppy get used to us before the long drive home. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The home is beautiful, and David was a very helpful, accommodating host. He even picked up wood and wine for us, before our arrival, since we couldn't shop because of Covid. David's home could not possibly be a disappointment.

The lake house property was a great get away! We had everything that we needed and more! I had great communication with the property owner and he wanted us to be comfortable and he even checked in with me during our visit to see if we needed anything!
