Another wonderful stay. Have stayed here many times and really appreciated it in 2020! Very clean, a place and a boat to yourself, and plenty to do and see outside, safely. Our favorite restaurants doing takeout. And best place for sunsets.

This was probably my best vacation ever! Adorable, clean tree top cottage, over looking the Gulf of Mexico. So much history and nature. Barry and Tammy were the perfect host and hostess, being very knowledgeable about the islands. They are very skilled at sailing. Such a beautiful place and so relaxing.

Fabulous Nautical Cottage
Oh what a wonderful place! This sweet little cottage is jam packed with nautical treasures. We stayed here in 2008. Not much has changed and it is so cozy and warm. It is great for 1 couple ( only 1 small bath). Full kitchen, VERY clean, nice back porch that looks out on the water And a nice host/owner, Barry, willing to help with anything!

We loved the stay everything was great the accommodation was right on the water with deep water access the sunsets were great the home had everything you need we will definitely be rebooking for next year

Great Family Vacation Getaway!
Barry And Tammy’s place was perfect! Extremely affordable, comfortable and very quaint. Loved the personality of the charming nautical decor and it was VERY clean. Be sure to bring your fishing poles and some bait... we fished off the doc almost every night and caught several. There were some huge fish lurking around. Didn’t have much wind for the sailboat but we took it out for a sunset viewing on our last night and got to see dolphins. This place was awesome and worth every penny. We will definitely look into returning one day. Thank you for the hospitality!

We feel our location in the middle Keys and the cottage on the water offers our guests one of the best venues to experience a step back to what the Keys used to be. 20th Anniversary Trip
The Cottage was wonderful, and being able to walk out the backdoor and have the sailboat right there was wonderful. We enjoyed traveling through the keys, Barry's recommendations for places to eat was spot on. We will definitely be making future reservations at Conch Key.

Fabulous Conch Key Cottage on the Gulf
We arrived to this delightful cottage right after my Birthday & Fantasy Festival. Immediately, we fell in love! The cottage was pristine & tastefully decorated so that we felt right at home. So much that we never wanted to leave!
Then....to top that off, the back porch was so relaxing...waiting for the Sun to set. The view, from the dock, of the Sunset was spectacular each night.
Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, was available for our use! Kayaks, bikes, sailboats, fishing rods, gas grill, etc... The entire package, makes this a true value and more than we expected.
Barry was always nearby if we needed anything, but the Cottage feels very secluded. The Sailing was great allowing us to hone our skills.
We were able to find great food to eat, with one of our favorite restaurants being Triton in nearby Marathon. They even cater to gluten free, if needed.
All in all, you can't go wrong with this cottage. We will definitely return!

This is THE place for sailors to stay in the mid-keys.
We had a wonderful time staying at Barry and Tammy's vintage cottage on the gulf side of Conch Key. It came with a 24 ft sailboat for our own use during our stay - perfect for sunset sails on the Gulf. We appreciated the use of the dolphin center pass and the national parks pass, too. A/C worked well, the cottage was clean and comfortable, and came with everything we needed. You can bike or walk over to where the fishing boats come in, to buy fish for your dinner. Everything we needed was reasonably close by - restaurants, market, snorkeling, even not too far to Key West.
Yes, you do hear road noise from the main road, but it was still a wonderfully peaceful place. It was just lovely sitting out on the dock or the back patio, any time of day. Thank you, Barry and Tammy! We hope to be back soon.

Another great stay.
Our 3rd year to stay with Barry and Tammy and I've already reserved for another time. They are gracious, helpful and fun. It is an amazing way to enjoy sailing - walk out and there's your boat, and plenty to do nearby if you want a day on shore. Both the Treetop and House are nice places to stay. And a great place for a Keys sunset.

30 Year Anniversary Trip
We LOVED Conched Out! The cottage was stocked with everything! The cottage is what we expected to see in the Keys. It was like we stepped back in history and got to admire this place. The cottage is full of sea memorabilia, art, and historical artifacts. We would just sit and look around and admire:) Barry was most helpful in suggesting places to eat and explore and his suggestions did not disappoint. We enjoyed a sail with him and also enjoyed taking the kayaks out to explore the mangroves. The area is convenient to explore the whole Keys area. We hope to come again. Highly recommended!
