The house rents to families and couples only.Minimum age 28 (at least one member of the group). House items have to be handled with proper care. No items shall be removed or replaced. No smoking inside. Night silence from 10pm to 6 am has to be observed. The house must be left in clean swept condition. Rubbish collected and thrown away. Visitors to the house require prior approval. Severe Violation of House Rules may lead to the immediate dismissal from the premises.

Excellent Property you will not be disappointed
Well, what can I say about this property so many things to do and in beautiful surroundings. I will start with it had everything you could wish for superb in every aspect. What you see on here is what you get. We had an absolute ball, a brilliant holiday in beautiful Villa with the family. I really can’t praise this property enough. Clean and well maintained throughout. The whole family really enjoyed their stay thank you so much Zuzana for making this holiday special. it was capped with the BBQ and live music for my wife’s special birthday. If you have a special event, you will not be disappointed by asking Zuzana for the details for Sotiris to provide the BBQ you will not need for anything brilliant, superb service and well worth the money it cost Thanks Sotiris. We had a live band also which finished off the evening brilliantly for us all. Speak to Zuzana for Jon's details again you will not be disappointed. All in all, a brilliant venue with wonderful views in a wonderful environment. 🥰 Thanks so much. Martin u. Zuzana S

Wonderful Villa
We had a great family holiday (party of 9) at Villa Louloudi. It is a very comfortable, spacious and luxurious home with a large pool, tennis court and a beautiful view. We walked to the local tavernas and beach, and used both the bus and local taxis to go to Rhodes. The bus and taxis are conveniently located close to the house. A car is useful for exploring the island. Despina was our most helpful local contact and responded quickly to any queries that we had. We loved our 10 days at the villa.

Not to be missed! Great for adults and families.
The villa was outstanding and the staff were extremely helpful with all our requests. Very clean, everything you could wish for and a well equipped kitchen perfect for self catering if required. The extra sports available (tennis courts, pool table, table tennis, gym) all added to a fantastic stay. Two large areas for outdoor dining for all, including a separate bbq area. Also 2 apartments next to the villa for extra guests. The owners and manager were very helpful arranging bookings above and beyond their remit, with a wide knowledge of the lovely area and all it offers. Good restaurants, Rhodes town a short drive away and plenty of beaches too. I would definitely return.

Amazing villa!!
Just got back from a week break here… AMAZING Villa!! The communication from start to finish was perfect.. the owners are absolutely fantastic and always on hand to help out with any questions! Upon arrival we was met by one of the owners and given a full tour! (The place is huge!) this really is an amazing luxury Villa.. amazing location.. My guests really couldn’t believe just how great it was!.. the pool is huge and very deep.. but also has a cut off area for children .. and a shallow area.. we used the bbq area a few times which was lovely.. and also the tennis court!! The gym and sauna is very well equipped we used this a few times.. The Villa is massive.. great pool table.. and entertainment system! The bedrooms are great size with very comfy beds! The kitchen area has all you need!! We will be back next year! This place is amazing!

Unforgettable holiday
From booking to the meet and greet with Despina it was a great experience. The villa was incredible. Three generations holidayed together and it suited each of us. We will never forget our week at villa Louloudi . We would love to return sometime soon.

Amazing Place To Stay
Stunning villa, a very relaxing week! Great pool for swimming and admiring the view of the sea from. Tennis & table tennis as well as the pool table kept us entertained when not doing other activities on the island or in the pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all big and really comfortable. This was a really lovely place to stay and would love to visit again!

Beautiful Villa
This was the second time I have stayed at Louloudi and again, it did not disappoint. The villa is amazing both inside and outside with stunning views of the sea. The location is great, walking distance to the town and only 10 minute taxi to Rhodes town. Such friendly and welcoming hosts, we of course will be visiting again!

Blown away!
Gorgeous villa. Marble floors and dramatic staircase. Elevator! So no dragging luggage upstairs. Great Views of the blue Aegean Sea. Well equipped kitchen with elegant dining room. The pictures on the website don’t do justice to this lovely home. We had our wedding ceremony there (in the large backyard) with such an amazing backdrop. The owner, Zuzana, and her property manager Caterina, were always available for help and questions. Zuzana arranged for and assisted Chef Giannis to cook for us the night of the ceremony and oh boy….the food was fabulous and plentiful! He was delightful and served up a professional yet friendly feast. Hours of culinary treats. We rented a car to drive around the island and beaches. Taxi service was available as well. Overall, I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We hated to leave!

Amazing, relaxing and luxury villa
We stayed at Louloudi for 10 days as we prepared for our wedding at the nearby beautiful Kallithea Springs. We couldn’t have been happier with the location or the villa! I can’t wait to see our professional photos, particularly those taken at the villa, the view from the pool is just amazing, an awesome photo backdrop! The villa itself has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic stay. The pool is very large and deep but quite cold, this didn’t phase my children though! The gym and tennis courts, table tennis, pool table and table football also kept us all entertained. It’s perfectly located too, the water park, beaches and restaurants just a short drive away. With many people travelling to Rhodes for our wedding, we were also able to entertain them as the villa was plenty large enough, BBQ and pool party perfect! Martin, the owner was so responsive from our first queries right up until we left. Katarina was on call for any queries or problems during our stay. Also special shout out to the gardener! We only had to fish out one insect, the pool was always so clean and the gardens are immaculate! We would definitely stay again!! We lived our time here and we’re so glad we chose this island and this villa to have our perfect day! Thank you!!

Großzügige Luxusvilla mit Pool und einem phantastischen Ausblick zum Meer
Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern Ende September in dieser traumhaften Villa. Wir sind begeistert und gut erholt wieder zuhause, würden die Villa sofort wieder buchen. Mein Mann ist begeisterter Rennradfahrer und hat wunderschöne Touren auf der Insel fahren können. Katarina, die junge Frau vor Ort und ihr Partner haben uns bei einem gebuchten Grillabend kulinarisch sehr verwöhnt. Alles in allem eine perfekte Woche.
