Thank you for a wonderful stay. We had a slight hiccup on arrival and the house was not ready for us. There was a miscommunication between the owner and the property manager and agent but it was all sorted in the end. The house was perfect for a family of 3 (12) of all ages. Great location and the house just perfect for chilling and entertaining the kids. On the days that we went out exploring we all could not wait to rather get back to the house to enjoy the beach and pool. No need to explore too much with a house like this. Thank you to the agent for all your assistance and recommendations. We hope to be back to the COOL HOUSE one day.

I have rented numerous villas in Antigua, and this is by far the best rental to date. The house is well appointed, the bedroom suites were impeccable. The house by far exceeded other homes at the same price point. The house is beautiful and sits right on the beach. All of the rooms were well appointed and private. The furnishings were excellent and well maintained. There were only a few issues during our stay, none of which had to do with the house PerSe: The house manager was off the island because she had to deal with an emergency regarding her son. The person covering did not show us how to use the various mechanicals for the house, and we had to figure it out ourselves. The TV did not work (except Disney+), and this issue was never addressed during our entire stay. There were other simple things like toilet paper running out and poor water pressure in the primary bedroom suite. The woman covering was non-responsive and did not return any of my calls. I had to contact the house manager's husband to resolve issues. While the house manager's husband was very responsive, he did not know how to fix the TV issue or the water pressure. I am optimistic that we would not have had any of these issues if the house manager had been on the island. And I would rent this house again and highly recommend it.

The most wonderful vacation! Couldn’t have asked for more. The Cool House was amazing, large enough for our crew of 10 but was very comfortable and inviting. The pool and beach area was wonderful. The owners, house manager were very nice and accommodating. Chef Sira and sous Johne were very friendly and accommodating not to mention the delicious food they prepared for us. This home is a must. You will not be sorry. We hated to leave. Antigua was wonderful but the home with all the amenities and the Chef made it over the top!

This property is amazing. You wake up in the morning to beautiful rainbows over the Caribbean. The large screens in the back of the house open up to bring the outside in. The common areas were perfect for the 8 of us. The property provided paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs and noodles. There were beach towels available for all. We did hire a chef to cook for the week, which was perfect. There is only one grocery store near the home, so the chef knew other places to shop. Highly recommend renting gulf carts to get around the small community. If you want relaxation, this is the place to come. If you are looking for more of a njght life type of experience, you may want to look elsewhere. The property manager was available in a very timely manner. Strongly suggest bringing cash with you. The services people (think taxi, etc) only take cash. Enjoy!

Cool House is simply brilliant. The house is fantastic. There were 3 families of 4 and plenty of space. The pool and communal space was fab. The location wears perfect. We could not have wished for better.Michele was brilliant at communications and very helpful with planning. We ate at some good local restaurants and also had many meals in the villa. We would not change a thing. Thank you

We stayed at this property last week and it lived up to the posting. Fantastic property in a great location. This house is setup to entertain and perfect for larger family gatherings or reunions. We were a family of 5 with 3 kids under 11 and my in laws. Everyone had their own private spaces and we could have easily had another family of 4-5 with us and not felt on top of each other. The main living spaces were perfect. We kept commenting all week on how much thought was given to the layout and function of this space. We have stayed at many nicer homes throughout the Caribbean and always have recommendations or thoughts on things to improve upon or change. However this property was almost flawless from our perspective on design and function. The pool and beach area were perfect for the kids to enjoy in the morning while we were relaxing and getting ready to head out to the beaches. The upstairs Sun deck was great to enjoy a drink and the stars at night. The open living concept with the screens that come down was amazing. They also have mosquito machines to reduce numbers around the house/property. Those in our party that usually get nailed by bugs commented on how few they really had in comparison. The kitchen was also very well stocked with anything and everything you could need on a vacation. Jolly Harbor is a wonder area of the island with a nice island grocery store, couple restaurants and some nice beaches close by. We were big fans of Ffryes beach and Hermitage Bay when we were there. Both were empty and great for swimming with kids. Although we were told that cruise ships do offer excursions to Ffryes so you may want to check that schedule before going for a day if you don’t like crowds. Michal our house manager was great from reservation throughout our stay. Answering any questions we had as well as stopping by when we had a user error on the safe. Very responsive. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great house in Jolly Harbor.

We stayed at Cool House with our 3 adult children and a sister and her adult children. We went to Antigua for a family wedding and spent time at Jolly Habor before the festivities. The accomodations and private setting were spectacular. We loved the access to a great supermarket and the restaurants as well.

Our stay was wonderful. We have stayed at many villas and this was one of our favorite villas ever. The views were beautiful, the rooms fit our group, and we will be back to this little slice of paradise.

Words or pictures can’t begin to describe this AMAZING property! It is truly breathtaking and the most perfect villa for family and friends traveling together. The private pool, outdoor areas with lounging, dining and pool table plus the beach right off the back were perfect! Loved being away from the crowds of the larger resorts and having our own private area to enjoy! Everything ran smoothly from the reservation, check in/checkout and management team being available for anything additional we needed! We cannot recommend this villa enough!!
