Stayed in this apartment for 5 nights with family, with age ranges from 11 to 72. Everyone in our group loved the apartment and the location. Apartment is right on the beach, on the 7th floor, with beautiful views of sea, beach and promenade . Stephanie met us there and showed us around, and provided 3 sets of keys. You have everything you need in apartment, lots of crockery, towels, washing up liquid, cleaning products etc. There was also tea bags, coffee, and lots of condiments if you wanted to cook in the apartment. In the bathroom there was a decent hairdryer, soap, and in the medicine cabinet there was spare toothpaste, after sun, aspirin etc, if needed.
During our stay we managed to leave the apartment one day and stupidly left the key in the lock on the inside therefore could not get back in. I called Stephanie who dealt with it, and called locksmith, who attended very quickly and sorted it, which we were very grateful for. Stephanie also allowed us to stay all day in apartment on departure day as we were not getting picked up until 5pm, which was very much appreciated.
Apartment is very spacious and more than enough room for our party of 7, along with comfy beds. Also lots of storage space and even had a walk in wardrobe off main bedroom. The balcony is wonderful and spacious, with lots of comfy seating, which is where I spent most of my time when in the apartment. There are 2 pools, one on ground floor and roof top pool. We used ground floor one as had a shallow end for my granddaughter, and was like having a private pool as had it to ourselves most of the time.
All in all we had a great time. This is one of the best apartments I have stayed in Benidorm, and I have been to Benidorm numerous times, and would highly recommend for a larger party. Could not fault it and service from Stephanie was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
