We enjoyed our stay at Lesley’s villa. It is located in a beautiful resort and you have all the amenities available to you. Water sports, dining etc. Villa is located in front of children’s pool which is perfect if you have children.

We stayed in the villa for just under three weeks in August 2022 and we couldn't have chosen better. The villa is situated within the grounds of the St James's Club and whilst you have access to all the facilities, the location of the villas away from the main hotel bedrooms gives you a real sense of exclusiveness. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard and with two bedrooms (both en-suite) on one floor, and the living area on another, it is very spacious, so it is perfect for families. It's in a great area of Antigua with the delightful English Harbour and its many lovely restaurants and beaches just a few minutes drive away. It's easy to drive in Antigua so rent a car as we did and explore the stunning beaches on the Caribbean side of the island. We can't speak highly enough about this villa, it really made our holiday.

Family of 5 spent 7 lovely nights at Coco Palms. Beautiful and well appointed Villa within a well kept resort. Plan on renting a car to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Antigua.

The house completely exceeded our expectations. We were prepared to be impressed but it was just gorgeous. The grounds around the cottage are stunning with bright colors and palm trees and the bay in the distance. The kids pool is directly below the house and the beautiful Mamora Bay just a few minutes walk. We self-catered which was nice and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. And the BBQ worked great!! Be prepared for a lack of nice food on the island in the grocery stores though. The big Epicurean in Jolly Harbor is definitely the way to go if you're not eating out. A better broom or vacuum in house would be great to help guests to get rid of sand! Thank you Lesley for hosting our seriously perfect vacation in Antigua. Hope to be back soon!

This villa is perfectly situated on the St.James Club estate and it was perfect from beginning to end. The villa is in excellent condition with lovely bathrooms and extremely spacious. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed in Cocoa Palms for three weeks in February (did review on website). Lovely villa with great views overlooking one of the pools and out to sea. We were 4 adults self catering. The villa is very well equipped, furnished and just two minutes from the beach. We hired a car for a couple of days each week to allow shopping and tours of the island. There is a good choice of restaurants at English Bay a ten minute drive from St James Club. The owners were very helpfull and informative and we highly recommend Cocoa Palms for a perfect relaxing holiday. We will certainly stay here again in the future.

We have stayed at St James twice before on All Inclusive but decided this time to self cater when we found this villa on the holiday lettings web site. the villa is ideal for self catering, is very well maintained, equipped and comfortable. The upper terrace is ideal for eating al fresco with plenty of space and great views of the children pool and sea. The owners of the villa Lesley and Angus, were extremely helpful and informative. The villa is situated on the highest level above the beach where you can enjoy the best of the sea breeze, but is only a couple of minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach and beautiful warm water. There is plenty going on at the St James club where you may use all the facilities free of charge. You can buy all incl packages if you wish at approx $125 a day! Eating out at English Harbour and Falmouth is a great alternative to self catering or the odd treat with plenty of choice. Taxis and car hire is available at the club at very reasonable prices (buy the extra insurance on line at home much cheaper) We hired a car for a couple of days a week to stock up with food, eat out occasionally and to and from the airport. We hope to return again in the future and have no problem in recommending Coco Palms as your holiday villa, you will love it!

We stayed as a family of four with two teenage children. Our stay was for just four nights, at the beginning of a two week holiday to Antigua for the first time. We arrived after flying from UK and were incredibly pleased and relieved to see that the villa was just as described.It was clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped. The master en-suite shower room looked to have been recently fitted to a very good standard and the roomy shower area was a real treat. Beds were comfortable and there was ample seating for all of us. The photos are accurate and the view of the sea across the pool was exactly what we could see. The previous reviews explain a lot about the setting. The villa is within a five minute walk to the two beaches and a range of other amenities. St James is a fantastic resort and we all had a very relaxing break.The booking and payment procedures were easy to arrange. The help from Lesley beforehand, both on the phone and in written information was extremely helpful and enabled us to make the most of our stay. Lesley also tried to help with a later accommodation issue elsewhere. We enjoyed our stay so much that we were able to replan our accommodation and returned to another villa at St James for the rest of our holiday. We did not want to leave, and all hope to return.

We spent 6 nights at the Villa in July 2015. Villa was a perfect size for 2 couples. Communication with Lesley the owner was very easy and booking process was no hassle. All the information and tips about the villa and the St. James Club resort given by Lesley were very helpful! If you don't want to be eating out a lot ( it's pricey) -use the Horizons supplies just outside the resort. It's not a supermarket, but a wholesalers place, so you can't really go in and see the food. Everything we had from there was of a really good quality: ribeye steaks, shrimps, pork spareribs, wine. You can order from their website www.horizonssuppliesltd.com or on a phone (268) 562-1581/2. Order before you arrive and just stop to pick it up on your way to the resort. People who work there are very friendly and ready to help. You might need to get your fresh fruit and veg from somewhere else, for example from local people who sell along the roadsides. Use the barbecue at the villa to cook your meat and fish! If something is out of order at the villa let the reception know straight away, they take their time to fix things :) Use resorts taxi to go stingray city - $60, taxi driver will wait for you while you are having fun. If you are interested in scuba diving, then definitely go to Mamora bay divers center, which is situated at the resort. They are very good and professional. We did our PADI certification with them in three days. Make sure you book in advance. The villa was clean and had all the cooking appliances, our bathroom was modern and comfortable.

We stayed in Coco Palms villa on the St James' Club complex for 2 weeks in Sept 2014 with our 2 teenage children. The villa was very well equipped and furnished with wonderful views of the bay; located only 2 to 3 mins walk from the beach and 5 or 6 mins from the main club complex. We mainly self-catered, usually with a barbeque on the balcony, and made great use of the Horizon food wholesalers located just outside the Club complex. Use of all the Club sports facilities was included free of charge and we particularly enjoyed the Hobie sailing. Angus and Lesley were very helpful throughout. We would definitely consider going back there.
