Haz-Zebbug is an ideal base from where to explore the Island and all it has to offer. There are many historic sites, museums, nightlife, beaches and sports facilities close by. The apartment is situated close to all amenities and the main square in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of every day life, where one can truly unwind, relax and regenarates oneself...… Check in: Guests must hold a covid-19 vaccine passport or a covid negative swab test result taken 3 days prior their arrival. Only one person during check in and he/she must be wearing a mask. Notes to Rates: Weekly and monthly rates are valid to up to 4 persons sharing. Weekly accommodation rate includes 70 kilowatt/hours of electricity consumption per week. Additional consumption will be charged at 20 euros cents per kilowatt/hour. Eco tax: 50 cents per night per adult person (18 + years) is due on check in. This is capped at 5 Euros for stays of more than 10 nights. Attractive rates for stays of 28 nights +. Please enquire. House rules: Smoking is only permitted on the outside areas. No partying or loud music. The house is given to the client clean; the client therefore undertakes to leave the apartment clean and tidy including the kitchen. No pets allowed. Children are not allowed on the terraces, balconies and common areas unattended. Use of candles is forbidden. On check out all waste must be taken to the recycling skips or placed on the pavement according to the collection schedule, otherwise, a fee of 25 Euros will be incurred. The maximum number of persons booked is not to be exceeded, unless this is approved by the owner. Persons under 18 years must be accompanied by their parents. Drugs are forbidden Monthly rate does not include water and electricity consumption The monthly rent includes internet/wifi up to Download Speed 12Mbps and Upload Speed 512Kbps Download/Usage 150GB . If you want to upgrade you can do so but you have to pay the difference. Monthly rate also includes the Go silver channel lineup. Upgrade is possible at your own expense. We charge a security deposit of 500 Euros or equivalent against any damage and unpaid/pending utility bills. The deposit will be refunded back 7seven days after you leave the apartment in same currency providing everything is in order and that there are no pending utility bills. Haz-Zebbug or Città Rohan is one of the oldest towns in Malta. The Parish Church is dedicated to Philip of Agira. .<BR>Haz-Zebbug is an ideal base from where to explore the Island and all it has to offer. There are many historic sites, museums, nightlife, beaches and sports facilities close by, thus car hire is recommended. Its neighboring villages/towns include Attard, Rabat and Mdina - the Silent City - a gem of architecture, art and history. For the golf enthusiasts the Marsa Sports Club is only 5 minutes away by car or bus. At Haz-Zebbug there are some very nice eateries, cafes as well as wine bars which are worth visiting. Food stores, banks, atm's , Churches, pharmacies, doctors clinic, bus stops and other amenities are close by.
Fortbewegungsmittel
There is a bus that goes to Valletta every 20 mins via the Marsa Park(2 km away) and Ride exchange. From here one can take various buses to many localities in Malta . There is also another bus that goes to Siggiewi, Rabat/Mdina (from here one can take other buses too) Bahrija a small hamet where one finds restaurants specialising mainly in maltese food especially Rabbit. This bus during the Summer months goes also to The picturesque beach of Ghar Lapsi where the water is crystal clear. Here there are some nice restaurants specialising in Mediterranean cuisine including fish and Rabbit. Another bus goes to Mater Dei Hospital and University passing via St. Venera and Msida every hour.
