First time in Turks celebrating a birthday with a small group. This home was EVERYTHING! Great sized rooms, cozy furniture, nice pool/hot tub, and beach front all in one!! Who could ask for more! Everyone had a great time. On site house manager (lived on property in separate house, not intrusive at all), overnight security. The call from the owner to check on us was the perfect touch. You can’t go wrong with this one!

Perfect location for our extended family gathering. This Villa easily accommodated 10 family members and met all of their needs. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the AC in the dining room made meals a real pleasure. It has a great pool but the highlight of the grounds is the wonderful court yard - it was the gathering place from early in the morning (we had some early risers) to late in the evening (we also had some night owls). In addition it is well located for many activities - including being within walking distance to the Conch Shack.

Gorgeous home in Thompson Cove. Everything about the home is fabulous. Great accommodations for privacy for all guests. Great courtyard area for family gathering and outside meals. Very nice beach where seeing sea turtles is plentiful. Very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here.

We rented Casa Barana for an extended family gathering to celebrate a 30th wedding anniversary. We had people from age 12-83 and everyone was very comfortable and happy! The large kitchen and living room were perfect for family meals with plenty of seating both inside and out. We regularly used the large outdoor tables as well as the table for 10 indoors. The two washers/dryers were convenient for us to wash and dry the provided beach towels every day. The upstairs king bedroom suite has lovely views of the gorgeous Turks & Caicos waters. The main living areas and all the bedrooms are very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The beach is only steps away down a pretty stone path. We used the villa's kayaks several times to check out the turtles and fish back in the canals behind Thompson Cove - a very calm and easy paddle! The on-site caretaker & night security were very responsive and available for questions or issues. We would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful villa - you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic spot for a relaxing getaway! This house is immaculate and the private beach is absolutely stunning. We loved having the kayak’s to scout around the gorgeous waters, complete with very playful turtles, and were happy to have the convenience of the provided beach and lounge chairs, beach towels and even a few sets of snorkeling gear. The pool and jacuzzi were a perfect place to end the day with cocktail hour. The set up of the house was perfect for our group which was 4 couples. We enjoyed having the main house with the kitchen, living room and dining room completely separate from the bedrooms. We also thought it was a very nice touch to have a few essentials in the kitchen when we arrived like coffee, tea, sugar, honey, water, etc. The property manager was extremely attentive, available and willing to answer all of our questions about restaurants and the island. Our entire party kept mentioning all week what a perfect spot we had found and we all agreed...we would all love to come back!

Visit Casa Barana and make memories for a lifetime. The only words that can express our stay at Casa Barana is 'WOW'. We had a wonderful time and fantastic stay. So much happened in such a short time, it is impossible to put into words. First, let's talk about the house; it was way beyond what we dreamed it would be. The entranceway made us step back and wonder if we were in the right place, then out came Paul with cool wet hand towels to allow us to refresh a bit before he offered us drinks. This effort set the tone for the rest of our visit. Paul then took us on a tour of the property, but we were in such awe that we missed about half of what he told us. The home is stunning, the grounds and the beach were what dreams are made of. We fell in love with your home and especially the kitchen. We found everything we needed to complete family meals nearly every night of our stay. Paul's input allowed us the opportunity to shop at the right stores, which in tern afforded us the chance to save a little money. Paul is one of a kind and a true professional, you need to keep him. He is your David Copperfield with skills to make things happen. Our stay would not have been perfect, if he wasn't part of it. One such example is the deep sea fishing excursion he made happen for the men of our group. Second, we want to express our sincere appreciation for putting your beautiful home out for lease. It was an honor and a privilege to be able to lease it for our family vacation. This was a unique vacation for us in that we made new Thanksgiving memories. This was the first time that my brother and my families had a chance to vacation together. Your home created a wonderful atmosphere to relax and enjoy each other's company. We could tell that every detail in the home and on the grounds was carefully thought out to provide the ultimate and comfortable experience. Your home gave us with a dream come true and we look forward to future vacations to your beautiful home if it is still made available in the future. Casa Barana is the perfect place for an island vacation, especially if you have a large family. Our group of eight had plenty of room to spread out as well as have time together at family dinners prepared in the amazing kitchen. There's plenty to do with all of the amenities provided on property: Snorkeling, kayaking or just relaxing to the sound of the ocean! The only thing that tops the actual house is the service provided by the staff. Be sure to take heed to the advice Paul gives about things to do on the island.

Large group of family and friends down for a beautiful weekend wedding. House fit our needs perfectly, with rooms and kitchen area that allows for groups to come and go. For those new to the island, grocery shopping was close, allowing for restocking of key breakfast and lunch meals - dinner was always excellent around the island. Da Conch walk was great, even our 85 year old mother made the walk to and from. Brian, you have a lovely facility, thank you for allowing our family to visit. Note: the newly paved road was outstanding, needed the speed bumps!!!!!

My children, grandchildren and I had a fantastic trip! Casa Barana was everything we had hoped for and more! The house was very comfortable, and had every amenity we wanted from housewares to pool toys to beach kayaks and snorkels. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We felt very much at home. It was also very convenient to island attractions. Our vacation was amazing! We highly recommend Casa Barana!

Let’s start by saying Turks and Caicos, especially Casa Barana is something you would dream of, but in all reality it came true for my family vacation! Casa Barana and the team that host you are an experience you must have if you can! Think about waking up every morning to the Atlantic Ocean in ear and eye shot with the Pelicans diving in the water to enjoy their breakfast and the most beautiful sunrises this side of the equator! Jumping in a gorgeous pool or making the decision to walk 30 seconds to a private beach with access to swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and running for as long as your eyes and legs will let you! You and your dark roast coffee from the amazing Turks Roasters! Whatever you fancy. Turquoise waters and such amazing snorkeling await you on every part of this amazing Island! Just some of the ocean creatures I experienced in my week there: Puffer Fish Saddle fish, Blue Tang Fish, Angel Fish Parrot Fish Barracuda Crabs Conch (Jellyfish at Turtle Cove Marina) And much more!! Still looking them up! :) Navigating the island is a lot of fun and so much to see, Sapodilla Beach, Grace Bay, Coral Gardens and Bights Reef to name just a few of the great places to visit! Dining is wonderful if you feel like high end and or just pulling up a picnic table and grabbing a fish taco and beer! The island has so much to offer for all different age groups and families when adventuring, relaxing, pampering, dining, shopping...etc! Casa Barana is by far the best private villa and or rental experience I have every had the pleasure to do. Please if you can I would highly recommend this amazing experience! The best of the best! Thanks to Paul and the BG family for giving my family memories that will last a lifetime! We all give this vacation a five star rating and recommend Casa Barana to anyone that reads this! I spent just under a week at Casa Barana with my husband, one year old baby, and some extended family. I was very nervous about travelling with my son for the first time and couldn't be happier with the experience overall!!! First and foremost- the villa is beautiful! Each room was spacious and set up with everything we needed. The beach is beautiful and quiet- we had it to ourselves almost every time we went down there! There are a bunch of restaurants nearby, as well as one within walking distance down the beach!! The villa offered the luxury of a private space while still being super accessible to the grocery store, snorkelling excursions etc. Overall we were VERY impressed by the amenities provided. There were an abundance of toys for my son, and the caretaker was readily available when we needed assistance! Highly recommend, and hope to get to return one day soon!
