Right on the beach with lovely accommodation and great staff. Rooms were cool and clean and the beds were comfy. We walked along the beach nearly everyday stopping off to have lunch at Christi's beach restaurant. Thanks to David and the staff for taking such care of us.

We had a wonderful time at Hamilton Beach Resort. We had a beachfront villa with amazing views of the beach and ocean. The sunrises and sunsets will ever be etched in our memories. The villa was spacious with all modern finishing, beds were very comfy and living room area was bright and refreshing. It was mostly about relaxing here on the beach but one day we went horse riding and jet skiing. 100% will be back next year. Regards, Jane

Hello Paul, The trip was wonderful. Hamilton Beach Resort was great and the beach was a dream. We walked down to the Four Seasons and liked our beach better. The villas were spacious, bright and modern and the views of the Ocean and St Kitts in the background were amazing. My partner and I had a week long stay in Nevis last month and we enjoyed every moment of it. We split our stay with 4 nights at Hamilton Beach resort and 3 night at the Four Seasons. Hamilton is newly built resort and has everything going for it, its location is surreal as you are steps from the white sands of Pinneys beach and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Ocean. We stayed in a beachfront villa that was modern and bright and we witnessed some amazing sunrises and sunsets from our balcony. The resort has a restaurant onsite and there are many others within a 5 minute drive. Loads to do also, golfing, tennis, watersports, kite surfing etc. A big shout out goes to the Staff at the resort who did an amazing job in looking after us ( even though it was just for 4 nights). Nevis a small island with a huge heart and we will stay longer next time. Bernard.

Arrived back from a wonderful week at the Hamilton Beach resort. I really cant fault this place, beautiful beachfront villa with 2 bedroom. Waking up in the morning and looking out at the ocean was a site for sore eyes. The staff were amazing and always greeted you with a smile on her face. Plenty to do between water sports, tennis, golf and basketball and there is a restaurant onsite called the Yachts Mans Grill that serves great food all day. A lovely trip Jane and family.

Loved our stay at Hamilton Beach Resort. Its location is absolutely breathtaking and right on Pinneys beach. We stayed in the 4 bedroom beachfront villa which was equipped with modern appliances including a kitchen, washer and dryer. The villa was spacious, comfortable and the views are breathtaking. We were looking out over the Caribbean ocean with the beautiful St Kitts in the background. There is also a really good restaurant on the property called the Yachtsman's Grill that serves food throughout the day. My stay at Hamilton Beach was very pleasant; the staff were extremely kind and helpful! I'd recommend the Hamilton to anyone who is looking for a relaxing place to stay in Nevis. Thank you also to Paul and Julie at Exceptional Villas who organised everything for us and made our vacation a very special one.

We had an amazing family trip to the Hamilton Beach Resort in Nevis recently. We had a 2 bedroom deluxe unit which we shared with our 3 young kids. Management added a rollaway bed for the second room free of charge which I thought was a lovely touch. When booking, we tried to get a beachfront villa with ocean views but they were sold out. As it turned out, we were very happy with our views of the garden and pool. We were literally a one minute stroll to Pinney’s beach, unspoilt and beautiful. We enjoyed the onsite tennis and played golf at the 18 hole course nearby. My husband enjoyed the water sports. The Yachts Man’s Restaurant which is also onsite served some of the best seafood I have ever tasted. The service was also excellent and we were always met with a friendly smile I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Nevis.

Has a 3 night stay here with my family in March and enjoyed every minute of it. Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa on the 2nd floor which had an amazing view of the pool area, beach and Caribbean ocean beyond.The service was great and very helpful. Plenty for the kids to do with water sports, activities and we even took a day trip on the ferry to St Kitts to swim with the dolphins. There is a restaurant onsite called the Yacht mans Grill that serves steak fish and pizzas, so something for all. There are other great restaurants nearby and also a golf course. The beach is stunning with white powdered sands and warm waters, it goes on for miles so nice to walk on in the evenings during sunset. All in all a lovely few days with the kids. We will be back next year for a longr stay..
