Well-equipped summer kitchen and large pergola with table and chairs for 10 people. Restaurants, bakery and shops are within minutes on foot in the historic and peaceful village of Robion. Also, in the village and under a kilometre from the villa is the wonderful open-air theatre which hosts a summer festival each July with artists from all over the world. During these events you can also enjoy themed meals. The theatre has an excellent acoustic reputation, so music fans take note! This is also a great base for hiking. Nearby places: The village of Oppède Le Vieux, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Other villages include Ménerbes, Roussillon or Lourmarin and towns like Cavaillon, Isle sur la Sorgue and the amazing city of Avignon. Easy access to the motorway: just 10min drive away allowing you to discover several of the famous towns in Provence such as Avignon, Arles and Aix en Provence, all within an hour’s drive. ACCOMMODATION Living room (40m²): Sofas, armchair, TV (some English channels). Kitchen (26m²): Kitchen with lovely views on the garden. Table and chairs, 5 induction hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. French door to terrace. The bedroom is separated from the living area by opaque sliding curtains. Air conditioning in the living area. Shower room. Separate wooden chalet Large wooden chalet located at the bottom of the garden. The chalet is made up of one main room (20m²) which includes Bedroom 5: Bedroom with Queen size bed (160cm), sofa, armchair and corner kitchen with sink, oven, induction hobs and fridge. Decked terrace with outdoor furniture. No air conditioning but a fan is provided. The chalet is closed with an electric shutter. Several relaxing areas dotted around the garden with garden furniture. 8 sunloungers. Unfenced fountain with fish. Pool house in two sections: A covered area for eating out: outdoor furniture, fridge and plancha and a cosy relaxing area giving onto the pool with outdoor furniture. Boules pitch and table tennis table. Parking spaces for several cars including under a long car port. SWIMMING POOL Pool size: 13 x 5.5m, depth 1.6m throughout. Heated at 26 degrees. Security system: Cover. Steps. Pool shower. Children's round basin (60cm deep) next to the pool. CHANGEOVER DAY Saturday. Check-in between 4-8pm. Check-out inspection: 9am with departure by 10am. 2-week bookings in August. INCLUDED IN THE RENT Bed linen, towels (including pool towels). Bed linen change for 2-week bookings half-way through the stay. Water and electricity. Mid-stay cleaning for 2-week bookings and end of stay cleaning included. Other charges Holiday tax: The amount may vary from one year to another. Approx. cost 2.50€-3€/adult/day. Please ask. Security deposit: 400€ payable in cash on arrival and refunded on departure providing there are no damages to the property. OTHER INFORMATION Cot and highchair available. 3 hair dryers. Pets not accepted. Additional cleaning: 15€/hour.
