This was a wonderful place to stay. Andrew was the best host ever. He answered my every question (and they were many) promptly. And the property itself was beautiful and totally comfortable. The ocean front balconey allows you to enjoy the ocean and beach without sun exposure. We will be back!!! I recommend this property highly!

This was our first time on the island and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Two minutes out the door and we were relaxing on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The resort amenities are great, the food, the staff...we've nothing negative to stay about our stay except we had to leave! We will be booking the Calabash Suite the next time we visit Turks & Caicos.

We had an incredible stay at the Calabash suite! We stayed at RWI during our first trip to T&C many years ago, and fell in love with the island there. After exploring the island we still think this is the best location on Grace Bay, and having an ocean front suite made it even more perfect. The condo was clean and well appointed, communication with the property manager was easy, and check-in / check-out was seamless. The mid-week housekeeping service was such and appreciated bonus. We’re already planning our return trip!

Beautiful accommodations! Highly recommend

The condo was perfect for a week away! The resort is not too loud or crowded and it was a short walk to some shopping and the grocery store. Having laundry and a kitchen was perfect for our visit. There's also some cats that roam the property that we fed while staying, which was great if you like cats (they don't bother you otherwise). The location is great, easy to get to everything. I would stay here again if it was available. Absolutely loved it.

My wife described this as the “best VRBO ever”. We have a 5 month old, and this property suited all of our needs. When the baby slept, we had a perfect view of the beach. The location is absolutely amazing and lived up to the pictures. Had a playpen which was really convenient. Had all of the basic necessities. Very clean. AC and internet worked great. And the location of the Royal West Indies was less crowded than other parts of Grace Bay. Had no issues and would strongly recommend.

We just returned from a week in the beautiful turks and Caicos's and was fortunate to sign the calabash unit. We couldn't have been happier with the location on one of the prettiest beaches. Most everyone we met that was staying at the resort was returning even after trying other resorts. Close enough to walk to everything but far enough away to have a peaceful stay. Communication was wonderful the unit was exactly as described and very clean. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already contacted the owner to rebook for next year. If you're looking for a beautiful peaceful clean place to stay we highly recommend but we will tell you this, book early as it is already booking up for next year

This place has all 5 star reviews for a reason. It is absolutely perfect. Location cannot be best and we were saying we’d even take this unit over the top floor just because you have some protection from the rain so can still sit outside. We had so many meals on the patio looking at the ocean. Everything about our trip from the bottle of wine and card left to welcome us, to the easy check out when we finished. And to top it off I asked my fiancé to marry me here on the beach! An absolutely perfect trip and can’t wait to come back and stay in this same condo hopefully many more times!

No better view or location on the quiet end of Grace Bay Beach- the shaded deck and well stocked kitchen were greatly appreciated. The bed was comfortable and A/C worked flawlessly. We were looking for a vacation of total relaxation and found it at the Calabash Suite at Royal West Indies Resort! Plenty of conveniences to make the stay easy and comfortable (restaurants, grocery and activities) but far away from crowds with a nice wide span of beach and large pool deck areas for lounging. We never felt a scarcity for towels, chairs or service at the wonderful outdoor bar.
