Amazing property, that hands down can’t be beat. The view is unbelievable, and the hot tub on the private patio is such a rare find. We will be booking again, as there is no place like #401 on Grace Bay.

This condo is as beautiful as pictured and fit every need that we had and more. The staff is helpful and so friendly. There are plenty of pool and beach chairs, so no need to rush to claim those. The location is also pretty great - we had no problem walking to breakfast, lunch, dinner, shopping or the grocery store. If you’re looking to stay in Grace Bay, BOOK THIS CONDO!

This is a great two-bedroom property located on the top floor with fantastic views of Grace Bay. Centrally located near shops and restaurants in the center of the beach. The private plunge pool is a fantastic extra. Would highly recommend.

This was our fourth visit to Turks, third to Villa Renaissance, first to Villa Bellissimo. WOW! From the minute we walked through the door and saw the magnificent view from an immaculate, beautifully decorated great room, we knew we'd always come back to this place! It is like out of a magazine, yet very comfortable! The balcony has comfy furniture, so the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset! It is walking distance to many fine restaurants as well as an inexpensive cab ride to many others. The grocery store is just a few minutes walk and VR supplies bikes and/or grocery carts. And the staff at VR!! So attentive to every need, especially Sandeep, the manager. Kudos to all, they were great! We can't recommend this home highly enough!

Villa was absolutely magnificent. Views were amazing and tons of space and privacy for my wife and I, 19 year old son and 17 year old daughter. Plunge pool/hot tub at night was perfect and the large tv in the family room is perfectly placed to be able to watch football while relaxing in the pool! We always go away Christmas week and this was the first time we did not have to run down to the pool/beach to reserve chairs - there was so much space, we got prime spots on the beach every morning even when we slept in and went down close to lunch time! Can't say enough about the villa, the resort and the location - walking distance to so much!

We have been to Providenciales many times and have stayed in resorts, private homes, private villas and, once, a hotel suite. Nothing can compare to the Penthouse at Villa Renaissance a/k/a Villa Bellissimo. The villa was huge, well furnished, the kitchen was well equipped with anything and everything one would need to live there, the bathrooms and showers were amazing, the office perfect to conduct a little business while overseas, the deck was filled with comfortable furniture to sit on and read while every so often glancing up to look at the number one beach in the world and the impossibly colored water. Finally, we had our own plunge pool/hot tub. Paradise found (with apologies to John Milton). If the owners will have us, we will be back, again and again and again.

All we can say is WOW! This is a stunning unit with a GORGEOUS view of fabulous Grace Bay Beach. We were given a personal tour of the property as well as a personal welcome note and gifts from our fabulous host and hostess. The unit was SUPER clean and daily housekeeping was provided. The outside space was fantastic! Super large balcony, personal tile hot tub, grill and outdoor shower. The property is located within walking or provided bike distance to almost everything. They even provided a shopping cart that we took to Graceway Gourmet Grocery. We added a personal boat tour through Grace Bay Adventures (which we HIGHLY RECOMMEND). It was a PERFECT vacation and many thanks to Noel for keeping in contact with us from beginning to end. OUTSTANDING!

Upon arrival, we knew we were going to love our stay. There was a little confusion about our arrival time, but was quickly accommodated by the amazing staff. Let me just say, walking into this villa and seeing the stunning views of the ocean from the veranda was beyond anything I have ever experienced. The beauty was breathtaking. The unit was immaculate, well furnished, and private. Nothing disappointed. Close walking distance to everything from shops to groceries. One must experience the Grace Bay Raw Bar at the Seven Stars Resort. Be prepared for pricey, but well worth it with the food, the service, and the views. Walk home on the beach back to the villa. I can't say enough good things about this resort nor the staff. Novie was spot on with arranging anything we needed...Winston making the best margarita going. Let's just say, I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else after this experience.

This is a wonderful condo right in the heart of Grace Bay. The roof deck and balcony really add a lot to the vacation stay experience. Plenty of space and everything you need is right here. Restaurants and market is all conveniently close by. We were here in August and there was plenty of availability in terms of sitting on the beach or the pool. The beach here is incredible and lives up to its reputation as one of the best. Would definitely stay here again.
