We just spent a wonderful two weeks in Ann & Fred’s fabulous condo! It was even better than expected. The check in process was so smooth with sweet Anna Jane and the very well stocked condo was in pristine condition. Our family of four stayed quite comfortably. We also enjoyed meeting the owners Fred & Ann and very much appreciated all of Fred’s island recommendations. We especially enjoyed our day trip to Middle and North Caicos. Mudjin Harbor was just as Fred described it! It was just breathtaking! Our favorite restaurant quickly became Mango Reef. The surf and turf was outstanding and the desserts were equally as yummy! We will definitely be returning to Grace Bay and Queen Ann Suite!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Queen Anne’s Suite. The property was better than advertised. The beach is literally a minutes walk from the condo, the pool and outdoor restaurant/bar were also just a minutes walk away. The furnishings were beautiful and the condo was very clean. Anna was extremely attentive to any issues/questions that we had, she was wonderful. The grocery store was within walking distance, which made buying items for the week much easier. The resort has bikes with baskets or it’s a short cab ride back if you buy too much to carry. The restaurants are close (walking distance) and we especially enjoyed Caicos Cafe and Cocovan. Overall it was a great week, the beach is amazing and the people were all so nice. Highly recommend renting this property.

Absolutely a wonderful experience with liaison Anna Jane, condo, facility & communications with owner Ann! We will definitely return in the future & will share with family/friends when they plan to go to T&C. Location was easy to walk on beach to places to eat/drink. We walked to grocery store, then paid $18 for the 3 of us to taxi back to condo with all of our items. We did pack a suitcase of just dry goods (boxed & bubble wrapped) + packed 2 small size bottles of Grey Goose (bubble wrapped good, then put between clothes). Bought Turk Head Light beer, which is a good beer. Beach & ocean were amazing! Nice loungers & umbrellas set up daily by staff. Pool/ocean towels to use (pick up at resort stand by ocean). Facility & condo were all very clean & all staff (& visitors) we encountered were very nice. We did a catamaran snorkel excursion that picked us up on the beach by The Ritz Carlton. It was fun. The Flamingo Cafe on the beach was a good close place for reasonably priced & good place to eat/beverages (opposite side of Club Med). Our trip included my husband & me (early 50’s) & our son (2 weeks shy of 18 yr old bday). Thank you for sharing your relaxing condo & liaison Anna Jane for our amazing trip!

My wife and I thought the place was great, the location was very close to the beach (2 minutes). We would definitely book this condo if we were to visit Turks and Caicos again.

Once you see it in person, you will know why Grace Bay Beach is often considered the best beach in the world. The condo is 1 of 2 that face the beach - which is only a few steps away. The pools & restaurant are also very close. You can listen to live music on Sunday's at the poolside or from the condo's patio. Parking is very convenient. The condo itself is very nice and well stocked with the basics. The owners were very friendly and communication was great. The resorts staff was extremely courteous and friendly.

Condo in a prime location. Spotless and has everything you need. Resort is beautiful and staff super friendly and helpful. Returning next year 😊

The Queen Ann suite was exactly as described and very deserving of all the rave reviews. The owners were responsive and provided great information on the area and things to do. The house manager, Anna, was fantastic and replied immediately with a small problem we had (couldn't open the safe). The resort is wonderful and in a quite but very accessible area. We did a ton of swimming and walking to the nearby market for groceries. The kitchen is well appointed and everything was in good working order. Thank you Fred and Ann for your comfortable home! It was a great spot for our first visit to TCI and we'll definitely be back.

The trip started out with delays and missed flights. Got in two days late, the entire time we were in contact with the owners, Ann and Fred, two amazing people, they knew the frustration we were going through and it really helped that we could reach out and talk to them. Even though we lost two days, it was awesome once we finally made it. The unit is beautiful, in an ideal location. Everything on site if you don't want to wander too far. A huge shout out to Ann and Fred for keeping me grounded during the flight issues, and yes Fred I will not fly "that" airline again........thanks again so much for everything, hope to make it back again soon!

Perfect place, great bed, pillows, towels, nice to have end unit with lots of windows, helpful suggestions and response from owners. Would definitely like to stay again!
