Thank you for spending your valuable time on sharing your recent experience at Afroditi Venus Beach Hotel & Spa. It is very important to both staff and the Management that each and every guest departs the property with pleasant memories of their time with us.
We are striving to ensure that our food and beverage service is of the utmost quality and it is very disappointing that we did not meet, let alone exceed, your expectation on this occasion. Regarding our breakfast, our assortment includes eggs, (boiled, scramble, sunny-side-up, omelets) bacon, sausages, fresh and cooked vegetables, baked beans, cold cuts and cheeses, butter, marmalades, Nutella, honey, variety of baked goods including four kinds of breads, doughnuts, muffins, sweet and savory pies, pancakes, crapes, French toast, cereal and milk, Greek yogurt, fruit compote variety as well as coffee, hot chocolate, variety of juices and selection of fresh seasonal fruits.
It is also very regrettable to hear that our dinner buffet was not to your liking. The food at our dinner buffet varies daily and on any given night consists of soup of the day, 4 to 5 salads, salad bar with 7-8 choices, 6 and over cold appetizers, 10 to 12 main courses including vegetables, pasta, poultry, beef, pork and seafood dishes, and of course choices of 3 desserts, fruits and variety of breads. We would appreciate if you could send us a message regarding the expectations you had for our breakfast and dinner, so we can address such concerns going forward at operating@afroditivenushotel.gr.
Regarding your comment about the dining room being very uncomfortable, could you please elaborate your thoughts on the matter in order for us to have a better idea on your meaning, going forward at operating@afroditivenushotel.gr.
