Ate here twice but we did not return because it was the very best.The raviolis were a bit grainy but pizza apparently was really good. Also had escargots and tartare de boeuf. The tartare was brillant. The restaurant's recipe is to be recommended. The tartare was also accompanied by another sauce which made it more unique. My husband had tartare poele which he liked. The three large profiteroles were very good. Fresh whipped cream and a not-too-sweet chocolate sauce.
The staff during the skiing season also make an effort thanks to the watchful eye of the manager who makes a point of correcting them (considering most of the staff in the restaurants in the area are not professionally trained staff). The dining area is kept in a dark wooden interior which makes for a nice evening atmosphere and the downstair's area has a good ambience.
