It is categorically stated that the Hotel dealt with this matter at the highest level, both managerial and criminally, 10 months ago already. The reported theft was committed by another guest, who left the hotel without paying and the Police is still investigating. Hotel Insurance was notified and documentation was requested from the guest, while they were still in the country for the claim to be processed. Security at the Hotel has since been improved significantly and guests can be assured of safe and sound accommodation, close to amenities in Cape Town.
Should you require any further information and/or documentation that your insurance firm might need to assist you in the repairs of the vehicle’s rear window we will gladly assist and make them available to you.
