First of all we would like to thank you for the time you spent to leave a feedback. On behalf of the hotel management we would like to express our sincerest apologies for any inconveniences you might experience during your stay with us.
Since we are taking each guest comment into serious consideration, we would like to clarify the situation you have described. The company FTI have officially informed the hotel that they will not forward the money for the guests’ accommodation and the hotel supposed to take the payment from the guests upon check-in and from in-house guests (while already payed to FTI money the guests will receive through DRSF insurance once they be back to German). Due to this reason You have been notified on Reception that payment is required, please note that the standard room rate for current period was 110 Euro per night, however we provided you with discount as a single room to be 80 Euro per night.
Once again, we would like to apologize for any inconveniences, and wishing to give us the chance to host your good self again in our hotel.
