We are confident that you enjoyed while staying here for 5 nights until you have been denied a request to extend your stay because the rooms are fully booked which is why you rarely satisfied. And after failing to book flight ticket online, we offer you to book with travel agency who can book for you but you rarely appreciated. We try to serve fully services as possible ;- event you have had an argument with some guests on the first day of your staying in the hotel we have tried to medicate and made everyone happy. In this case , you should write a review to the airline about their system instead of the hotel. This is unfair for the hotel.
About mosquitoes, as you've lived in Thailand for 17 years you know very well that there are mosquitoes everywhere in Thailand especially in Kanchanaburi. not only at our hotel.
