unser hotel personal war von anfang an sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. das zimmer an sich war sehr sauber und ordentlich, sogar besser wie auf den bildern. hat uns sehr gefallen und es war gut nahe zum zentrum. das frühstück war sehr vielfältig und frisch. müsst ihr aufjedenfall abchecken!!!

Traumhaft schönes Hotel, Das Personal ist total Freundlich und das Hotel extrem sauber, nicht weit von burj khalifa. Man hat jm Hotel einen Shuttle service der einen zur dubai mall bringt so erspart man sich die taxi kosten. Jeden Tag wurde das zimmer geputzt und total frisch gemacht. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen👍🏼

Ein sehr schöner Platz. Sehr grosser Pool. Vorallem waren die Life Guards sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Life Guard Laxman war besonders hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war sehr sauber sowohl innen alsauch ausserhalb des Pools war es sauber.

Wir haben im März eine Woche in Dubai im The First Collection Business Bay verbracht.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral - 20 Minuten mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel. 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi bis in die Innenstadt.
Check-in und Check-out super easy und die Mitarbeiter alle stets sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber und entspach den Bildern auf der Homepage.
Das Frühstück hatte für jeden etwas zu bieten - hier blieben keine Wünsche offen.
Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten an (z.B. Dubai Mall, Soluna Beach Club).
Wir haben einen Tag im Beachclub verbracht. Für uns als Hotelgäste war das ganze kostenlos und für einen Tag Entspannung am Strand wirklich lohnenswert.
Alles in allem klare Weiterempfehlung. Wir kommen wieder !
