Concerning the reservation, your reservation has been confirmed Room Only.Therefore Front Office Team did give information as without breakfast of your reservation. I see that the reservation has been made as Standard Room as you may know.I hope you will make reservation as different room type for your upcming reservations.I would like to inform you that the car parking service is free of charge at Wyndham Istanbul OLl City Hotel.
As per numerous great online reviews, it is unfortunate that you were faced with one unpleasant experience after the other, because that is not usually the experience of our guests.
