Dear Guest. Thank you very much for your review. If I may I'd just like to put the record straight with a few items. One of the things we pride ourselves on a comprehensive choice of breakfasts to start our guests' off on thier day. We offer a choice of Cereal, Yoghuts, Fresh fruit, fruit juices, grapefruit and prunes or porrige as well as unlimited tea, flavoured teas and coffee. Then guests choose from a list of Full Welsh breakfast, Bagels with ham and cheese, welsh muffins with poached egg, welsh smoked salmon with scrambled egg, kippers, boiled egg, egg on toast or freshly prepared fruit salad (with or without yoghut), croissants as well as an unlimited supply of toast.
Secondly, we do understand that there were some issues with the lane at the back of the hotel. Unfortunately, the lane does not belong to us and we have had many discussions with local residents in relation to putting the lane in correct repair. However, earlier this year, at our own expense we decided to go ahead and hire a JCB to level and gravel the surface of the lane. It is now much much better.
Thirdly, We appreciate that some of our rooms aren't as big as others, but if we are approached by guests then we can certainly change them to a larger room if available. On this occassion we may not have been asked or we had no availability for a larger room.
The wifi connection is only meant to be received in the lounge/bar area although it is possible that connection (although very weak) may be obtained in several of the rooms. For this reason all rooms have free to use direct 'plug-in' connection for better internet service and security. Cables are available from reception.
