Sauberkeit - Katastrophe. Das erste Zimmer war nicht geputzt, fanden sogar eine Socke vom Vorgänger. Auf Nachfrage haben wir eine neues Zimmer erhalten, welches aber auch nicht wirklich sauberer war.Ohne Worte. Frühstück Ok. Lage super.

Eine Spitzen-Adresse !! Einfach perfekt in Sachen Lage, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, geschmackvolle Möbel und vor allem SERVICE. Alle Mitarbeiter, wirklich alle, auch die Zimmermädchen, sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und engagiert. Man/frau fühlt sich einfach wohl weil man merkt, dass jeder im Hotel wirklich gerne arbeitet. Und das ist so selten geworden. Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Danke, Stefano, Anna-Maria und co.

we are happy to know that you loved our location and also our breakfast.
As for the state of the room we want to point up that, after the change, obviously due to an oversight, you thanked us and said that everything was fine .... no negative considerations on the cleaning of the second room. We could have noticed the problem immediately and found a solution that suits you best.

Schöne saubere und zweckmässig eingerichtete Zimmer. Badezimmer: schöne grosse Dusche mit Regendüse an der Decke und mit normaler Wandbrause. Das Bidet ist wohl noch ein alter Zopf. Schön anzuschauen ist die Lavabo-Glasschüssel, sehr unpraktisch sind jedoch die zwei Wasserhähnen auf dem Waschtisch, die man mit nassen Händen wieder zudrehen muss und daher neben dem Lavabo alles nass wird. Das bediente Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, hat aber eine gute Auswahl an Speisen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kann das Hotel insgesamt sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

Einfach toll. Ein absolut klasse Zimmer. Das Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr gut. Preis Leistungsverhältnis war wirklich hervorragend. Jederzeit mein absoluter Favorit. Ich werde nicht tauschen.
