First, we would like to let you know that we are truly sorry if the hotel room was not up to your liking.
In regards to the room with a "frontal sea view", as my colleagues at reception had explained to you yesterday, it is a different and more expensive room category than the one you had booked and because of that, a supplement must be charged to upgrade.
Whenever we recognize a problem with a room that could affect directly our guest´s stay and wellbeing, we make everything possible to find the best solution for the situation. Fortunately, that was not your case. So, if our guests are not willing to pay an extra fee to get the view they want, unfortunately we are not able to do it for free either, so there is nothing else we could do in this specific situation.
We hope you and your friends can give us another chance to change this perhaps bitter impression you might have had on your first visit.
