This place is one of the best restaurants in the world. I had the "menu degustation" with more than 6 courses, all of which were a pice of art by itself. I had fois gras, lobster, fish and meat, but the most spectacula dish are the truffles and fois gras macaroni. This is probably the best dish I have ever eaten and I have tried them all. I have visited most of Ducasse and Robuchon restaurants, have been at Gearge Blanc and Paul Bocuse and have eaten at most of two and tree star Michelin restaurants in paris - JN Nomicos tops them all!
