Vollkatastrophe!!! Es sollte ein ruhiges, erholsames Wochenende werden. Aber die ansonsten schöne Anlage war mit Baustellen übersät. Bagger und Presslufthammer waren von früh bis abends im Einsatz. Ruhe war in keinem Bereich der Anlage zu finden. Der Hotelmanager ließ sich nicht sprechen und man versuchte uns mit einem lächerlichen Preisnachlass abzuspeisen.

Our resort since knowing of the renovation plan, we had posted online this information in hope for guests would be able to consider before making booking. We are sorry to hear that you did not notice this information before reservation had been done.
Once arrived, you felt disturbed by noises and yes we understood your situation that is why our staff member had escorted you to see the new cottage for the second night stay. You had agreed to stay and got upgraded to the Grand Pond View cottage which is located next to photos of pool villa that you posted. But in this area, there is little noises around the Pool Villa that had been constructed, not much the team can do as it was during rains, therefore no work can be done during such day.
Upon departure, our duty manager K. Seed who took care of your case had got your query requesting for 50% discount of room rate. We are unsure why you thought hotel manager refused to discuss, Khun Seed (whom discussed directly with you indeed a duty manager that time). We are sorry, once the room had been stayed we cannot offer this as we can only offer 15% maximum discount as we had provided first assistance in escorting and upgrading to new room already. If guest did not stay for the second night at all, we are more than happy to waive the second night charge. We therefore, would like you to understand us as well.
We had tried our best in delivering best care and service, and seems this chance we failed though we provided all necessary information already.
The rate of room you reserved is the low season and renovation season rate already. If you take a look at the rate of next season, you will see big difference in rate provision.
We are therefore, grateful for your stay and sorry that we failed to provide best experiences this chance. However, we trust that the team had provided best possible services to you already.

Sehr tolles Hotel! Sicherlich nicht nur 3 Sterne, mindestens 4, wenn nicht 5 👌
Alles an dem Hotel war toll, aber die Waranen Show zum Frühstücken war das I-Tüpfelchen. Man war wie im Dschungel mit atemberaubender Bergkulisse! Der Pool war auch ein Highlight, vor allem wenn man drin ist.

Mega schönes und erholsames Hotel. Wir fühlten uns wie im Paradies. Ein traumhafter Pool mit wunderschönem Ausblick.
Zuvorkommende und hilfsbereit Mitarbeiter.
Wir wurden immer super beraten und falls wir Hilfe benötigten, waren sie sofort da.
Das Frühstück auf Bestellung wurde immer liebevoll zubereitet. Einfach ein Traum die Anlage.

Einfach nur toll! Super freundliches Personal, Wahnsinns Frühstück, sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage! Moskitonetze über allen Betten! Tolle Whirlpool-Badewanne!
Shuttelservice nach Ao Nang! Den Besuch des Strandes sollte man sich aber sparen, einfach nur hässlich und absolut kein Thailandfeeling! Tagesausflug nach Railay allerdings eine super Unternehmung!

Also, sorry to hear that you do not enjoy much of Aonang beach, there are plenty other beaches to explore in Krabi so we really hope you will be back again soon. Let think about Aonang beach as a hub to gather guests to explore nearby beaches and islands. After the covid hit all over the world, it at least makes the beach much cleaner too, less pollution, and less litters as well.
