We're really sad to read this review, we're sorry to see you so disappointed. The sourdough comment is completely fair. There has been a nationwide flour crisis since last year, and often our baker can't make enough sourdough for us. When we don't have enough, we keep it for the sandwiches and serve breakfasts with white toast.
It sucks, we hate doing it, and we hate losing customers because of it. We're sorry! And we're working hard to try and figure out a better way of dealing with the flour problem.
Ice is a different matter. It has always been our policy to fill the juice glass with ice, to the top. This is because it chills the drink faster and keeps it colder, meaning your juice doesn't get diluted. It's standard practice in good bars:

But we know some people don't like as much ice, or prefer no ice, and we're always happy to serve your drink without ice––you just have to ask!
Ice or no ice, you get 250ml of juice, we measure it. And we reckon it's pretty good value, because it's made with a juice extractor not a blender, we don't dilute with water and add sugar as most places in Cuba do. A glass of our pineapple juice takes almost a whole pineapple to make.
If you choose to come back, have an ice-free juice and a breakfast on us!
Our sincere apologies and best wishes,
El Café
