Wer auf Phuket Kata-Karon -Beach bevorzugt ist hier richtig. Wohl eines der grössten Hotels hier, man spürt das aber nicht. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, mehrere Pools, alles sehr gepflegt und der Service sehr persönlich. Der Strand ist wenige Schritte entfernt
Unglaublich welcher Spirit hier herrscht. Reinigungspersonal für die Umgebung, Zimmerservice, Restaurantpersonal, Reception und Management, alle motiviert, dienstbereit und sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich hier einfach wohl. So einen „Spirit“ findet man selten.
Wir waren schon mehrmals hier und als Honors Guests wird man sehr geschätzt.
Die Zimmer sind schön und gut unterhalten. Wir hatten eine Minisuite im Lotus Tower. Die sanitären Anlagen sind allerdings schon etwas alt und ein Facelifting wäre notwendig.
Fazit: Ein tolles Hotel in schöner Umgebung. Persönlicher Service und trotz der vielen Reisegruppen kann man hier ruhige Ferien verbringen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Hilton Resort ist riesig. Zu Beginn wird man an einem Empfangsgebäude begrüßt und mit einem eigenen Shuttleservice zum Hauptgebäude mit der Rezeption gefahren.
Der Check In war außerordentlich freundlich und uns wurde alles ausführlich erklärt.
Das Zimmer stand bereits vor der offiziellen Check In Zeit zur Verfügung.
Das Hotel verteilt sich auf mehrere Gebäude. Zu unserer Reisezeit hatten wir nicht das Gefühl, dass es überfüllt war. An den verschiedenen Pools gab es immer freie Liegen.
Einzig manche Gäste waren doch etwas lauter. Hier hilft dann nur umziehen und einen anderen Platz suchen.
Unser Zimmer war angenehm groß und hat den normalen Hilton Standard erfüllt. Unser Zimmer verfügte auch über ausreichende Möglichkeiten das Reisegepäck zu verstauen. Bei Bedarf gibt es auch 2 x am Tag Zimmerservice.
Das gesamte Personal war außerordentlich freundlich.
Frühstück kann in zwei verschiedenen Restaurants eingenommen werden. Auch das angebotene Abendbuffet fanden wir sehr gut und empfehlenswert.
Teatime und diverse andere Restaurants gibt es auch. Preis / Leistung für ein Hilton Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut.
Check Out mit Flughafentransfer lässt sich über das Hotel organisieren. Der Aufpreis zu einem lokalen Taxifahrer ist OK.
Am Flughafen wurden wir sogar noch einmal von einem Hilton Mitarbeiter empfangen, welcher uns durch den Check In Prozess führte.
Das haben wir so vorher noch nie erlebt!
