We stayed in 3AW-2 for a week over Thanksgiving week. We had a wonderful time and fully enjoyed our time at Bella Blu. It truly is a beachfront property. The room, pool, overall property, and beach area are all well maintained. The onsite parking is right in front. It's conveniently located near restaurants and the grocery store Best Buy West is very close. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of 3AW-2. There is a long entryway with a bench to sit on when putting on/taking off shoes, unload beach bags, etc. The bedroom off the hallway is large with a very comfortable bed (firm but not hard) with a door to the full bathroom. There is a half bathroom off the hallway that is connected to the full bathroom. Our teenage son slept on the pullout sofa bed. He said it was very comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen, other than the fridge, but it was well stocked with kitchen utensils and pots/pans. The in-room washer and dryer were very convenient when we wanted to refresh our swimsuits and ensure everything was dry before packing. We were happy that it only took two flights of stairs to get to our room versus the assumed three. The view from the balcony was gorgeous!
The staff is truly outstanding! My husband had a medical incident and when I asked the front desk staff about where to take him, they called around to find which location had a doctor present and even escorted us to the location to make sure we got there okay.

Enjoyed our stay in this large beach front condo (1365 sf). The place was very clean. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The kitchen had everything needed to cook full meals. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. Bella Blu is located within easy walking distance to several excellent restaurants. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Bella Blu with my wife and son in June of 2024. First off the staff was fantastic, from checkin, cleaning and just the friendliness of people you would pass during the day I was made to feel extremely welcome. We stayed in unit 3AW2 which was very spacious and had a great view of the ocean. The cleanliness of the unit was impeccable, as was the cleaning that happened during the week. We loved the 5pm rum punch that was made available on the beach. The location just can't be beat as well, so many restaurants in walking distance. I couldn't be any more pleased with our experience and look forward to returning in the future!

Just got back from five relaxing days on Anguilla at Bella Blu. Wasn’t going to post but surprised to see there was only one other (old) post. I enjoyed the condo hotel and relative to other places on the island it was more than a fair price. Was very happy staying there. It is right on the best beach on the island. Nice powdery, thick, fluffy, clean wide sand. Perfect water too and no stones. No sargasso anywhere. Everything was clean and well maintained and the staff were very nice. I stayed in a one bedroom ocean front second floor unit, and was traveling solo and had a rental car.
Overall the unit was pretty nice. Beautiful updated main room with great views. It had all the things you would need. I didn’t use the coffee maker, either tv, blue ray, or couch set while there so can’t comment. All looked nice. The fridge was nice and cold and there were plenty of ice trays and glasses and kitchen stuff you could use. Fridge had four or five bottles of water on arrival and they said to let them know if I needed more (not sure if they charge as I never requested any – just bought a case up the road at the grocery store instead). Nice balcony with table set out there. Didn’t use the washer or dryer either. AC unit in the main room and in the bedroom worked great.
I had the no disturb sign on the door the whole time there but the staff asked numerous times if I needed anything or wanted them to come in and do their daily service. I passed as there was plenty of towels and the like. Bathroom was a hair dated but fine and everything worked okay and clean. Bedroom was in back of unit. I wasn’t a fan of the mattress and pillows at all. Just not my type but maybe fine for many others. They were not worn out or anything but just not comfortable at all having a bad back. Was the only negative I had with the place.
The property was very well maintained. Plenty of quality beach chairs and umbrellas. All kept clean. Only a couple of guests tried “reserving” chairs but everyone else was more well-mannered. The other place down the beach I had considered staying at, Carimar, those idiots actually had placards with guest names on them that they were out there scrambling to put out on clamps on the umbrellas early in the morning to reserve their “spot”. I laughed when I walked by early one morning and saw that. Glad I didn’t stay there. The pool looked nice but didn’t use it. Didn’t have any issues with parking. Was quiet and safe.
One general suggestion, don’t just stay at Meads bay the whole time. Get out and enjoy the island. I had very good dinners at Veya, Hibernia, Ember, and also Celeste at the Mallihouana. Great lunch at Uchu right down the street at Cap Juluca, and excellent (expensive!) cocktails at the Four Seasons, Mallihouana, and Zemi. Casual beach side lunch at Trattoria Tramonto too and breakfasts at Village Bakehouse.

I love everything about Bella Blu. First it sits on my favorite beach Meads Bay. There's a beautiful pool right on the beach. It's not too large so even in high season you are not crowded. The rooms were recently redecorated and very tastefully. Daily room service with fresh linens and beach towels. Free with first and parking. I cannot say enough about Pamela Riley their manager. She's local and sharp plus very warm as all Anguillans are. I even got sick this trip and she made doctor appointment. I'm adding the view from my beach chair on the last day. You will not regret staying here!
