Elliott rentals does not clean their rentals (even though they charge extra for it), this was our 3rd year all at different condo buildings and it’s always the same. This year we stayed at Sea Cabin unit 104. The pictures on the site do not accurately capture the condo so I’ll post the real ones.. no washer/dryer in the unit (they did not tell us that or that we would need quarters to use the laundry area (no machine to get quarters either). No pots to cook in, lots of broken things (refrigerator drawers, burners on stove, etc). Overall, the view was nice but not worth the prices they’re charging and will definitely not stay again.

This was our 2nd year staying at Sea Cabin. My family rented 3 units so we could all be in the same complex but have our own separate spaces. These units vary greatly in quality. Some are beautiful and well maintained; others fall in the category of uninhabitable. For the second year in a row, the unit we rented was a disaster. It was dirty and incredibly outdated. Last year, Elliott Realty sent someone to clean and we were able to stay. They even gave us free maid service for our stay this year. However, when we arrived last week, there was NO POSSIBLE WAY we could stay in the unit. The photos on the website did not accurately represent the unit. The filth was overwhelming; obviously it had not been cleaned properly by their staff. They weren't really interested in fixing all the issues so we demanded a refund and found another available unit through Grand Strand Realty. We found out on Tuesday (after our Sunday arrival) that Elliott had rented the filthy unit to someone else and the toilet overflowed. Glad we held firm to our demands and didn't stay there. We love this location as the beach is beautiful and it's mostly quiet - a good distance away from the hustle and activity of Myrtle Beach. I would stay at Sea Cabin again, but NOT rent through Elliott Realty.

"Owner" of unit 317 was intoxicated and started yelling 'shut the F up' at us as we were playing a board game on the balcony with our children.. 9 year olds included. That piece of trash ruined the vacation and even considering purchasing a unit at this complex or anywhere in South Carolina. I recommend staying away from this place and spend your money elsewhere like Ocean Isle NC.

My family of three just got back from the Sea Cabins in North Myrtle Beach and we stayed in #307. Much like the other reviewer, we enjoyed the value of the condo and mostly knew what we were getting prior to arriving. In a year's time, nothing has changed by the pictures that the first reviewer posted and mine.
The parking lot is a little tight, especially if you are traveling in a large SUV or truck. There is parking beneath the condos, but it isn't marked and appears to be on a first come-first serve basis, but will fit two vehicles (the max allowed). There are only stairs, no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage to the third floor.
When we first arrived, we noticed that the deadbolt on the door did not lock properly and we put a call into maintenance (Elliott Realty). It took three separate calls, but finally someone came and fixed the issue. The keypad on the door can be changed to an easier to remember code.
We were a little irritated with the lack of cleaning done by either the previous guests or cleaning crew used by Elliot Realty. The patio doors were covered in sand and water spots, so it could hardly be seen out of. The floors were also gritty and sandy. There were a few cleaning supplies available (dish soap, broom, mop, Windex, etc) and we made what we had work (but I would recommend bringing your own).
ALL of the furniture is in desperate need of DEEP cleaning or to be replaced as soon as possible. This location is prime (oceanfront, directly at the pier) and could make the owner more money if properly updated. The couch has stains on both sides of the cushions and the sofa sleeper underneath creaks when you sit on it. The table chairs are dirty (much like the couch cushions), the living room lamp shade needs to be replaced, the bedroom mattress could be updated, the curtain on the bunk beds needs to be washed or replaced, and so forth. There is a flat screen TV in the living room, but the TV in the bedroom is an old DVD/VHS combo and has a small picture. The bunk beds were nice for my five year old, but if there had been a fourth person, there were no stairs to help climb up or down the top bunk.
The Kitchen is small, but my husband made it work and it is well stocked with pots, pans, small appliances, plates, and utensils. The refrigerator is average, but has rust spots on it (expected at oceanfront), and keeps cold.
The AC works phenomenally, but the ceiling fans (even on high) barely turned and did little to circulate air.
The patio furniture is great for relaxing and looking out over the pier and ocean. The patio floor is made out of strips of black, shiny duct tape or similar material. There are no rugs on the patio, at the back door, or front door to wipe your feet and so you'll need to lay down a towel to cut down on tracking in sand or water.
Like the other reviewer stated, there is only ONE pass for the pier and pool.
For the price, I would stay again (as it's just a place to sleep when you're not on the beach or in town). For the amenities of the condo, I would pick a different location that was better updated and more appealing when actually staying inside.

We are a family of 4 and we stayed in 307. Mostly, this condo was just fine. A little under-decorated, fairly simple. We knew that going in and it’s a good place on a budget.
There is one bedroom, but there is a pullout sofa in the living room. There are bunks in the hall, but we used it like a closet and stored our belongings on them. There is a tv in the living room. The remote is missing an important button, so we had an issue with that at first. We didn’t realize a button was missing, so we had trouble getting it to do what we wanted. Instructions on how to operate the cable/tv could’ve been useful. The tv in the bedroom has a vcr built into it.
The kitchen is pretty simple. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes etc. I would suggest maybe buying a new pot-holder. It’s pretty thin and burnt my hand a couple times. There is a microwave, full refrigerator and a coffee pot.
There is one bathroom. No problems with it.
The a/c worked great. No insects. No big complaints.
There is no washer and dryer in the unit. There is a washer and dryer on the floor, but it was out of order. We used the one on the second floor, so we didn’t have to go too far.
Something that could’ve made our stay a tad better would’ve been to have two access cards for the pool and pier. Sometimes my husband would want to go to the pier way ahead of me. Same with the pool. Sometimes everyone doesn’t go at the same time or even to the same place (pool/pier).
