Good day, We truly understand your review and appreciate the opinion that all of our present and future customers may have about a dolphinarium in an hotel complex, some of them are against the dolphin captivity, others appreciate the new attraction being in hands of a professional organization, as an enterprise with experience in the building of a controlled habitat in specially created aquariums. The operation consists in a state-of-the-art life support system that changes the water in the pools every two hours and the dolphins are supervised, trained and taken care of by professional biologists. The dolphins have never known the open seas experience as they are born in captivity which is not an excuse or explanation to defend this activity, but information we want to give to our concerned customers. Geht meiner Meinung nach auch überhaupt nicht! Der übliche Tourist will eben unterhalten werden, auf Kosten exotischer Tiere die dafür qualvoll leiden müssen. Und nein, Delfine Lächeln nicht weil sie gerne vor lauten klatschenden Idioten durch Reifen springen müssen...

Hi Alex M, The LBP Akumal is a higher standard hotel then the other 2 and it´s located right in front of the beach. You have unlimited a la carte dinners every night and it gives you full access to all the other hotels in the complex. The GBP Coba is just right behind the LBP Akumal and it´s more family friendly with a waterpark. The GBP Tulum is right in front of the beach and it shares facilities with the GBP Coba only and provides 3 a la carte dinners per week. I hope this info helps. Kind regads, Barbara Help desk
