My family and I had to stay a night at Aloft due to a power outage at our home in Davidson, NC. The experience was truly amazing, new hotel with great customer Service. I had an issue after our stay with billing but contacted Yvonne the manager and she took quick steps to address the issue and was so very friendly all the while. If you are looking for a great experience, please visit Aloft in Mooresville, NC!

Two years ago we stayed at another hotel in the area and realized there were Marriott’s in the area. As a loyal rewards member for over a decade, it made sense. Pulled into the property tonight and there were several dozen people in the lobby partying without masks. My husband inquired at check-in and the host shrugged and said it was a party. Went to our room and found water bottles with alcohol on top of our refrigerator from last guest. Room obviously wasn’t cleaned well but we didn’t call desk because we didn’t want to enter party. Super disappointed. The Hilton next door was sparse and clean and wished we could get a refund to go there. Won’t return and have a change of heart about what Marriott is doing during COVID.

We tried the Aloft in Mooresville since it was close to our halfway point (Statesville) between Pennsylvania and Florida and although we didn't know anything about the hotel initially, it was a great decision. First of all, the layout, amenities and decorating are all very modern and user friendly, while the staff is very involved in whatever you need or want. If it can be done, they will do it. At arrival, we were greeted by Madeline who helped us with this different concept of hotel and made us feel welcome and in the morning, we were met by the manager, Darren and he couldn't do enough to (very patiently) help us, while Esther put together a great breakfast for us - how about steaming hot eggs, bacon and potatoes in a cup (she brought it out to us) - and it was really good! It's a great change of pace and we've traveled extensively, so it's not inexperience or low expectations, I can tell you. This is a novel idea and we had a really comfortable stay. Really great job!…

This hotel opened about 3 weeks ago. It is brand new and sparkling. (I am not even sure if all the rooms have been used.) Very nice staff. Nice decor. Great location. Very pet friendly. I highly recommend. Good food!!!! Has a sassy/hip/fun vibe. Much less formal (and much bigger rooms) than a Courtyard or a Garden inn (although those are good brands too!!!!)
