The hot mineral water in TorC is well known for its healing qualities. The soaks at Sunnyville are relaxing and the temperature is perfect. Once I used one of the 8 foot tubs for some balneotherapy: there was plenty of room for the therapist and myself to fit in the tub while my injured leg was worked on. With 3 private soaking tubs and another larger circular outdoor tub, which can easily fit 4 people, offers a view of Turtleback Mountain! A classic TorC soak. Being in the heart of the historic hot springs district, the ease to walk downtown to restaurants and the brewery makes Sunnyville a great location for a TorC visit.

Gaelen and his family and staff do everything to make you comfortable. Besides the unbeatable location, (their family also runs the food truck behind the Brewing Co.) their hot water mineral tubs makes it your own private oasis. T or C is already a cozy, magical retreat, this resort only amplifies that. I'm reluctant to post this, I want to make sure they have room for me next time! But this place is too good to keep a secret. Can't wait to get back.

Lax, secluded but right Downtown. Really enjoyed my stay! In will be back again if I am ever in the area again. Nice soaking tubs for your use as a guest. Super cool vibe. The owners were attentive and live on site. Bath house was super clean and the vparkm was well maintained.

T or C is a trip. And one that’s well worth it if you find the right people and places. Sunnyville is the perfect mixture of both and the best place to stay in T or C if you want to soak in the artesian springs. They cater to motor homes and vintage trailers. The owners are super friendly amazing people. It is within walking distance of everything in downtown. Their tubs are outstanding. The mineral water is HOT! Maybe 109 or so. Soaking is one of my all time favorite things to do. I could stay here forever.

you are lucky enough to pass through Truth or Consequences, New Mexico then Sunnyville is the place to stay. We loved everything about it, from their access to the hot springs (pumping out 109°F mineral rich water) to their location downtown. They have done a great job to make this place feel like home. They have a big tub which can fit 5 people or you can choose to have your own private tubs. The hosts are incredibly helpful with advise about trips and activities around TorC. We even had a chance to do some absolutely incredible rock climbing on Mud Mountain. Elephant Butte Lake is a quick drive where you have access to endless beaches where you can kayak or just cool off. There is so much to do around this area, it's definitely worth the trip ! We will definitely be back ! Thanks to our hosts for a great week!…
