Ich empfehle leider dieses Hotel nicht .Die Zimmer sind sehr staubig und nicht geeignet für Asmathiker. Auch die Betten sind sehr unbequem .Die Fenster werden nicht geputzt und das Zimmer wird nur alle 2Tage geputzt .Man muss sparsam mit dem Toilettenpapier und den Handtüchern

Dear User "Shanu A.", Greetings from the Ghaya Grand Hotel! Reference to your inquiry, kindly be informed that at the moment we provide shuttle bus service on a daily basis free of charge to the JBR Beach in Dubai Marina, Kite Beach, Miracle Garden, Mall of the Emirates, Marina Mall and Global Village. We also have shuttle service to Dubai Mall two times a day at a nominal cost of 10 AED per person for both ways(kids under 11 years old are free of charge). Every Friday, we also provide shuttle bus to Dubai Outlet Mall free of charge for our guests going at 14:00 and coming back at 17:30. The are certain fixed timings for the departure from the hotel and the returning timings. Upon arrival we are proving shuttle bus schedule to our guests. The reservation is required to be done on the Concierge desk for all buses to guarantee the seat. Buses run every day and do not depend on minimum tourists availability. However, schedule( timings and destinations) might be subject to change during the season depending on tourist demand. With regards to the 24 hour check in service, kindly be informed that the standard check in time of the hotel is 1400 Hrs on your arrival date and the standard check out time is 12 Hrs on your departure date. Therefore, provision of room before than the standard check in hrs and late check out after standard check out hrs would be subject to availability. Should you wish to confirm the early check in and late check out, kindly advice us your reservation details with arrival and departure date so that we can inform you on the early check in and late check out charges. Do you have shuttle buses from and to Airport?
