Beautiful place.. clean very peaceful.. spotless. Pool very clean. Lovely gardens and pool area. Really enjoyed my stay and will def be going back again and again! Weather was lovely and hot. Situated 5 mins from villamartin "plaza"

I was initially a little concerned about booking the apartment, as it was advertised as 'wheelchair friendly', due to a disastrous previous holiday in the area-which turned out a nightmare. Martyn the owner contacted me on the phone and by email to allay my fears that indeed my daughters wheelchair could access the apartment and the grounds, it was superb! The only inaccessible area was the patio, which he is actually going to organise a portable ramp for future disable holiday makers. His attention was superb. The photos do not do the apartment and grounds justice. The groundsmen are attentive and the outside area is relaxing and well maintained. The inside of the apartment is spacious, well decorated, and the bedroom furnishings spot on. Steve the agent met us promptly and showed us the ins and outs of the place, thankfully we didn't need to contact him during our stay, but he was there if we needed.All in all a lovely sunny holiday made easier due to our comfortable surroundings.

we waited 40 mins in the street on key to apartment. we were given the key and left to find our way and given no information about bins, pool, loungers .... anything. not luxurious apartments by any stretch of the imagination. budget conditions with high prices. would not recommend. beds are hard. no tv channels except cnn news and patio and outdoor furniture dirty

on arrival no one was there to greet us and 21/2 hours later we were still trying to get our key to get in our room at 9.30pm. we had to pay 70Euro for cleaning which wasn't clearly advertised on the webpage. But then were asked to strip our beds, put the washing in the washing machine, take out all rubbish and bring in furniture things we would expect to have covered with a 70Euro fee, we had to buy our own toilet paper and had no duvet cover which for a 4* apartment which is advertised as fully equipped we would have expected.
The hotel was very quiet and had strong smells of sewage from time to time. I would never go there again and would never recommend anyone else to stay in this hotel.

I stayed here in April 2009 and am still in a ongoing battle with the manager of the apartments to get our 200 euro deposit back. The deposit is taken from your account when you arrive...they do not just hold it or reserve it they take it!!! We were in our apartment with the door open and the key in the lock, the cleaner came around and removed the key. We spoke to the manager and asked if she had handed the key into him and he said no and said he had to keep our deposit to pay for new locks. We argued this with him but in the end had to give up and he agreed he would fax us the locksmiths bill so we could claim it back on holiday insurance...needless to say this has not arrived and 4 months later we still have no reciept and cannot claim our money back. The complex is supposed to be secure but the outside gates are never ever locked so anyone fromt he street can wonder in. They also take a 80 euro cleaning charge from you and then when you arrive you get a notice in your apartment telling you that all towels and sheets must be placed in laundry before you leave and that all washing up must be done and the apartment must be cleaned or you will lose your deposit..so what the charge is for I have no idea as you actually ahve to clean it yourself. The apartment is nice looking but they have been built to sell and due to no takers they have had to rent them out so as it is not a long term holiday resort there is no customer service and the management dont care how they treat you as they want to sell them anyway so they are taking what money they can. AVOID please dont end up losing 200 euros like we did.
