My flight arrives 11:35pm(close to midnight). If I book for that night will i be able to check in on arrival ...which might be around 1:00 am in the morning.

Our reception is operational 24*7 and our check in time starts at 12 Noon. That being said, if your flight is arriving on 15 Nov at 11:35 PM and you want to check in around 1 AM on 16 Nov, your booking should be from 15 Nov.
