Terrible customer services if your having a laugh with friends they do not like it so they kick you out and ban you for life. Which also means you will be banned from every casino in the area. would definitely avoid this place the manager is ver my stuck up.

We booked seats at the restaurant for my family to have a meal and gamble a little . The staff were very good except the man that kept hovering around to snatch your empty glasses . The meal in the restaurant was not so good as the description of dishes on the menu were not accurate to what we received which and the waitress agreed and will make management aware of this . My granddaughter is vegetarian and ordered a dish which was the same as my wife’s but no salmon but they did not substitute the salmon with anything else just the same amount of pasta . The food was not that hot and the waffles and ice cream well that’s another story.

Excellent service from all staff - bar - dealers - restaurant - reception.
Faultless friendly and professional team of staff who are passionate about customer service and their experience in this Casino.
Have visited the past three weekends and Management should be proud of the entire team.
Took 4 friends along with me last night and we will be returning next weekend- HUGE thank you

Covid restrictions are a bit bizarre - some staff wearing masks some not, extremely understaffed, waiting over 45 minutes for drinks only three out of twelve roulette tables open, no time limits per table for people playing so you have to put your name on a list to play ... if coming with a group I would recommend waiting for covid to be over not a single bit of atmosphere on a Saturday night everyone annoyed - such a shame as out of covid times absolutely brilliant night out

Me and my friend travelled from Ipswich to play the poker comp/cash. All staff and players were very friendly and the food was amazing too.
I look forward to another visit. I would rather drive past other casinos to get to this one.

We booked to come here for our valentine's meal out as we thought it sounded like a good night out. The advert said we would have a Michael Buble tribute and the menu looked good. Also, free £10.00 worth of vouchers to spend on the tables.
Dinner was lovely. We ordered a slow cooked brisket with mash. I had cheesecake to follow and my husband had waffles and ice cream. We also received a free glass of bubbly. I won £5.00 on the table but we dont gamble so didnt spend any more than the vouchers. Sadly, Muchael Buble tribute didnt show despite us waiting around for an hour longer than he was due to show which was a little disappointing. But would come again as good value for £20.00 per person.

Food was lovely, two of us had the Hunters chicken and it was very nice. Not dry, plenty of topping on the chicken breast. Two of us had the beef which just fell apart it was cooked so well. Puddings were waffles, cheesecake and ice cream, again no complaints. We received a glass of bubbly box of chocolates each and couple of vouchers to play on the tables.

What can I say apart from the staff cannot do enough to make sure your time spent here is nothing short of perfection, they organised a suprise 50th birthday party for my wife and to say Natalie and Hayley are the most amazing hard working people Iv come across ,they are so good and work tirelessly to make sure you have the best experience, the food and restaurant staff were exceptional, the bar staff did not stop and every single guest that came said how good the time they spent there was . If your looking for a venue then look no than the grosvenor casino Westwood cross , thanks again guys something my wife family and friends won’t forget .

Have popped in a few times while in the area and on both occasions it was pretty quiet and therefore not many tables on.
There was only 1 blackjack table on and 1 roulette.
Pit bosses seem a bit sullen and moody looking and constantly stand over watching. This does make people feel uncomfortable in a place where really you are going for fun.
Staff seem friendly enough and we offered drinks at regular intervals, but this is probably not knew of the best casinos you'll go to, but if you want a local casino it's close for anyone in the south east.

Visited with Father in Law for his birthday. Food took an hour to arrive and when it did guess who's meal had been forgotten... yep the birthday boy. By the time his arrived we had all finished our meals. Sorry but it was just unacceptable.

Don't know about shorts but I have never been in there in anything other than trainers on my feet- and very tatty ones at that

Sorry not to reply sooner have been away for several weeks. I have seen some men in shorts but heard one being asked to wear long trousers on next visit. Maybe just call the venue and ask for dress code.

Hey Redsquare,
Our dress code is that we do not allow hats or baseball caps, no jogging bottoms or tracksuits, no work clothes or clothes that are stained from paint or the such like. Smart casual is all good. No sports wear especially football shirts or anything with team insignia. Smart trainers jeans are all fine. Same for the ladies.
Obviously we would love to insist upon black tie but the only night we do this is New Years Eve.

Hi Prowler2,
You no longer have to be a member at the casino as we have Full Open door policy however you do have to appear to be over 25 or you will need ID such as a drivers license or a valid passport.
It is in your benefit to become a member as this only takes a few minutes and means that you will be able to earn points and you will be able to swipe yourself in on future visits.

Dear Fergus,
Apologies for not getting back to your sooner. We are open Friday from 12 noon until Monday at 6am. All other days we open at 12 noon and close at 6 am. So it is just the weekends that we are 24hours.
