Hello Christian, The procedure is simple. Before going out with a boat you check the boat together with one of our employees and confirm the state in which you rent it. This we do with every client without any exception every day during already 7 years. If you come back with the boat and something is broken, we charge you the respective amount, according to our rental contract, which is a standard condition for any rental equipment, let it be boat, car, bike or villa. In you case you came back with a broken propguard, which is clearly seen on your own photo (thank you for that). Is not a scratch, not a crack, but a complete part is missing. Your assumption of “durch die starken Vibrationen des Propellers muss die Beschädigung passiert sein“ is pure nonsence, sorry. If you suppose that we are happy to have such discussions or organise repairs late at night or early in the morning as it has to be done before the next client, then you are wrong. All what we ask is to be careful with the boats and return them in the same stated as you rent them. Have a good day.
