Now, excuse me if I’m wrong but when a bar has 9 seats left and there is 10 of us adults, you would think that they would want the business from us, considering we would be spending a lot of money.
Well….. we entered into this bar (now called Bar XS) and went to get some seats, the woman suggested there may not be enough seats but if we was happy to stand as it is more of a nightlife bar we was more than welcome.
So we proceeded to the bar to which we was told the lady would come and take our order. As we was walking out and to our absolute disgust, the man behind the bar shouted ‘I didn’t f***ing want them in here’.
We asked the lady why he had said that and suggested we was leaving to which she said that it might have been about a different part. Either way, very rude.
It has also come to my attention that this is not the only review that suggests that this individual is horrendously mannered.
We told people on our holiday not to go here and they have lost out on at least €200 in business.
avoid at all costs.

Just back from again from calador and another visit to bar xs , this is a great little bar very friendly owners the lady is lovely such a friendly host always welcoming to us and our son and daughter ,our teenage daughter is a big 70s & 80s music fan and this bar is just her favourite we had to come here most days so she could just look at all the photos and records on the wall and put in her request for her songs , hubby still says after 3 years of visiting that this bar has the best pint in the whole island

Now Bar XS and ran by a couple from Sheffield.
Always friendly and the drinks are well made and strong!
During the euros the seats were arranged to view to 2 large TV screens so everyone could see them.

Went here on our second day, ordered 2 beers, the guy who delivered them served my husband first & said “breadwinner first, never forget’ total 🛎️ end, we didn’t return!

As previous reviews have stated the drink is actually nice and relatively cheap
The bar is nice with cool music memorabilia
However, the customer service is awful. The first time I went with my own dad and the bar man was incredibly rude and grumpy. When my wife and 3 kids came to meet us when we were leaving he looked at my kids and went 'jesus christ'
The second time we went the female owner made snide remarks about our whole family coming. Another family from Manchester who had just came in, heard this comment rolled their eyes at us and got up and left.
Won't be back!!!

Poor service for a large group of people. Drinks were good. It customer service was poor and from reading reviews expected better

Me and my girlfriend loved this place and we were there many times during our stay. We became friendly with Dennis,Kane and Vicky.The music is great,from Elvis to Erasure and you can ask Dennis to put a song on for you.A pint is only 3 euros and great pint it is too. It was 5 euros for 2 bottled beers and 6 for a spirit and mixer,the spirits are very generous measures so well worth it.Most places in Cala D’or are restaurants so it was great to find an actual pub.It is now called bar XS but we will always call it Decades. We look forward to seeing you all again in October.

Def visit here if staying in Cala D'or ,drinks very reasonable €3 a pint compared to other places near by ,great atmosphere and very relaxing ,hubby said it was the best pint on the island , daughter loved the tunes amd all the music pictures as shes a big music fan and insisted we went here every evening for a drink before dinner ,the owner was very friendly and very welcoming ,it had the cleanest bathroom in calador with a selection of deodorant and sun cream and little things in a basket if you needed to freshen up in the fabulous heat ,we will def visit again when in cala dor

Dennis doesn’t need to eat when he can just simply feed off the ‘BEST’ pint of San Miguel in not just Mallorca but the world. 👍🏻

Coming out to Majorca Cala d’or 30th May for the week on my own and just by the reviews on here looks like I’ll be spending my week here at your bar! Already booking another holiday to this island and hopefully same place for September

Yes we are... just walk to the end of the street, where the children’s park is, and take a right turn, we are just after the large supermarket... hope u find us. Thank you 👍🏼

We’re in Cala Dor. I think your hotel is in Cala Egos. It’s about 5 minutes by car or if walking about 40 minutes... We’re on the road towards Cala Ferrara. Thank you Hope to see u in September 👍🏼
