Fell ill the evening before and asked to move the trip a day or two forward to save for my own safety and the guests on the tour (During covid), received a reply stating Not Refund’. I understand there is terms in place however there should be some consideration for illness especially in the current climate, I asked if I could book again for a day or two later at 50% discount but was also told no. Even if a small refund was remitted as the trip was for two and nearly £400, seems a lot to waste when we didn’t go..
Be careful, use an actual balloon tour company not a booking company (which this is) as the terms will take your money regardless as it seems they make money on top and have to pay who ever they book with.
They have your card details so simply take the rest of the money from your card, banks can’t do anything as it’s considered a booking company with rogue terms they can’t go against!
Also, check their reviews out on google / this first, they are not great. I would have used another firm if I saw them and would have got my money back or a moved date so I’m gutted about that!
