We visited Ballys which is close to TAJ. This is the largest casino and a much happening place. Best to visit on weekends and after 9 pm as there is live entertainment also. Food & drinks are complimentary when you are playing at the tables. There is a elaborate buffet also

Pathetic illiterate and uneducated staff who are manner less. The dealers misbehave with guests and then stare and laugh forming a group.
We chose to walk out and decide to never come back again. Bellagio is much better than this crappy place !!
Food is cold and pathetic, and they give you no service on the tables as well. Indians are the ones giving them business and they don’t have basic manners to treat their guests well!!

Poker Room
I was playing poker on the 4th and the 5th of November at Ballys in Evansville. I cashed out with approx 3k chips on the 4th. I gambled again on the 5th until the gaming commission shut down the poker room when I started to play other games.
Fast forward to the 9th of November, I sat down to play poker again. After about 20 min the floor asked me to go to the Main cage of the casino without telling me a reason. The cage proceeded to tell me that they over paid me $495 on the 4th of November. I asked for a pit boss for assistance. He proceeded to tell me that he was not here that evening, and could not provide me with any further information. They refused to tell me amounts or times, or name of the person doing the transaction, only that they “overpaid” me 3 sessions prior. As I had just arrived I had $500 in chips in front of me and said that they would take the cash at the cage. Bear in mind on the 5th of November we could only buy our chips from the table games, not the dealer, not poker floor, only from table games and bring them back into the poker room.
I feel something very nefarious was happening, I asked if I had any recourse and they told me know. I asked if I could appeal I was told no. Only that I “owed” them money from 3 sessions prior. Please look into this matter as I suspect I am not the only one. I requested a recept of the transaction that they “took” my money.
$495 dollars at its lowest denomination is 8 bills. How incompetent does a supervisor have to be to be off 8 bills? When you think of it that way, it makes their story even more nefarious.

A friend traveling in our group, who used to be their gold card member since 2009, got his status revoked on the spot at their reception counter. Their handling of the matter, led us decide not to ever patronise them again.

With my friends is the only reason I came here. I admit I enjoy this casino, however, the bar service is criminally slow. BUT Other staff greeted me in such a way that I felt like I was a part of a family. I will return, several times.

Had one of my worst experiences here. The staff treated us as if we're there to eat free food. The games were rigged and when we asked to withdraw our money, they said their withdrawal machines aren't working. On insistence they asked us to wait for two hours. On further insistence they only let us redeem a partial amount. Total waste of time and very uncordial staff. Also, abysmal food. Never going again.
