To Jay:
Regarding your response to our review of our driver....we are 6 well travelled women who on this trip to Prague and Poland, had 4 guides we loved. This does not include the driver provided by your company. He was a unprofessional and unsafe. And I can ASSURE YOU, we will not even consider using your company EVER again. It is obvious you do not appreciate constructive criticism, well thought out by everyone in our party. Nor do you have a desire to improve services or protect lives.
1. We were to be picked up at 10am. The driver was 1 hour late, arriving just after 11am. Not sure where you're coming up with only 20 minutes late.
Yes, he did show us the accident, but it wasn't on the side of the road that should have affected his arrival. Many other guides were waiting in the arrival hall. After 30 minutes, I had to contact him. He did not make the effort to contact us.
2. The car was filthy. Why didn't he take care of this matter days earlier? It was obvious from damage on the car and dirt that the car hadn't been washed in quite some time. And there was obviously some unsafe driving.
3. We had anticipated seeing the Krumlov Castle. The tours were over by the time we arrived. So it didn't matter he added time to the end of the tour. We missed one of the highlights. So, we did not see EVERYTHING in Cesky Krumlov.
4. The question that was asked had nothing to do with crops. The question was about which beer the Czech people prefer to drink. We were told that was a stupid question. I assure you we all heard that answer.
I assure you, these things are not made up and they were well thought out by the 6 of us. We had no desire to cause problems for anyone, but we did think you would appreciate them being called to your attention. Obviously customer service, safety, and repeat customers is low on your priority list.
The Czech Republic is beautiful and highly recommended. This company does provide an experience YOU WILL NEVER FORGET!!! but not for any of the right reasons.
