My partner and I went on a date night from Rotorua to do this. Without having looked up reviews or even how to get there. We really had a great time. Personally I was surprised by it. We did the Wizard themed room. I have done a few escape rooms and even this had me guessing. It was a good time. challenging and fun. Huge thanks to the team. We will be back again.

Great escape room! We did the Mad Scientist with 2 adults a 12 & 10 year old kids.
Staff were super friendly, offered hints when we got stuck on clues. We escaped with 15sec left on the clock. Had a blast! Would definitely recommend.

Friendly staff and a challenge that had us working together as a team.
We were a group of 5 and had a great time! We did the Di Vinci room each of us solved clues and had us escape with less than 2 min to spare!

My boyfriend surprised me with a trip to the escape rooms, which I was absolutely delighted as I have always wanted to do one but never got round to it. Once we arrived we were greeted by a lovely staff member (maybe John?), who was extremely attentive and friendly despite it being the last time slot of the day. He revealed we were doing the wizarding themed room which I was over the moon about, and led us in. The room was such a challenge yet so much fun, and we managed to escape with around 6 minutes to go. The staff are there to give you hints if needed, so this room would be great for all levels of experience. We loved it so much we returned that same week to do the shire themed room, which was equally as fun! Great place for families, friends and date night for sure!

We had such a great time on our first trip for the white rabbit room we went back two days later for the da Vinci room. Both times the staff were friendly and helpful. Experience is awesome - quickly work out group dynamics! Both rooms had lots of challenges and intriguing puzzles! Of course afterwards it all seems so logical!!!! Thanks team

Escape Rooms Tauranga has a great variety of rooms which are fun and challenging. John and staff are always super friendly.
When I approached them about proposing to my partner they were on board and gave several good suggestions on how we could make it work. They gave me access to room before date night to place the ring and later that evening sent us through the CV footage (she said yes!).
We can’t wait to get back in and do the last two rooms and are excited for future rooms.

My wife and I did the shire room. It was so much fun and quite challenging. Love the theme and puzzles.

On holiday with the family and popped in without a booking. They managed to accommodate us and we did The Shire. Wow, what an entertaining way to spend the afternoon. Plenty of clues and padlocks to undo and puzzles to solve, great way to work together. We liked it so much we came back and did the Alice one a few days later. The staff were amazing, welcoming and made it a fun experience. We will definitely be back.

We went as a work Christmas outing and it would be fair to say there were a few who were less than enthusiastic. However how we were proved wrong. We thoroughly enjoyed our theme room, Psycho Motel. What sneaky and well thought out clues! Needed a few hints to escape but surprised how well we worked as a group to solve the clues. Excellent experience and would recommend without a doubt.
