I was very pleased with my tailor made trousers. This was helped by the excellent service provided by Hong, who guided me through the process. She was professional, attentive, and was able to help when adjustments were made after the first fitting. Would highly recommend!

A fantastic experience! I come with pictures of clothes I would like to be sewn and they did it perfectly! Special thanks to the lady who was dealing with my measurements and later checking for adjustments. She was amazing, very patient, calm, honest and had some great sugestions. The tailors are very talented too!
I was travelling is some of the clothes made by Izi to Hanoi and got lots of complements. Thank you for your amazing work!

We stumbled on Izi Clothes Store just walking around when we spotted beautifully tailored trousers in the front of window.
It was great right from the onset as the sales lady was not pushy but yet so helpful and knowledgeable at suggesting fabrics for trousers as well as shirts for my partner.
I was keen to get a dress duplicated and when it came back identical then I was confident to order a dress too 👗 for a wedding. The sales lady was also beautiful at sewing and knew her tailoring design too so helped me with dress decision.
The overall service offered was fabulous and we walked away with a whole load of beautifully tailored clothing; we are so looking forward to using them for events planned this year! 😃
Subsequently we have recommended to fellow travellers who are heading to Hoi An.

We had an amazing experience at Izi Wear in Hoi An. Hang was such a lovely lady and helped us find the perfect fit and the perfect color, while not being pushy at all. She really has an eye for design and makes great suggestions for the best flattering style. You can either choose styles from many catalogues or come with your own idea/reference picture.
We had several shirts, pants and two suits tailor-made for us, and the end product was simpyly amazing. Would recommend having three days time, so she can make any adjustments to the clothing.

I asked the staff at Izi to copy some of my favourite clothes and they did it perfectly, quickly and delivered them to the hotel. My only regret is that I didn't buy more! I will have to go back next year. Thank you

I was super excited to get a tailored jumpsuit in Hoi An. After a frustrating morning of pushy salespeople and disappointing fabrics I was ready to give up. Then I stumbled upon Izi’s. Hang & Bich, the ladies in the shop, were helpful and friendly but didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured. They had the perfect fabric for my dream suit. Fast forward to my 1st fitting and I was so impressed with the workmanship I ordered a linen jacket! Then my husband went the next day and ordered pants & a top! Clearly we were very happy with Izi. If you are looking for well-made, high-quality linen pieces, don’t go anywhere else.

I walked in with nothing specific on my mind and asked if they had different shades of linen trousers. Thanks to their patience and service mindset, I ended up sticking a linen pair of trousers without even seeing fabric (they promised to source the exact shade of white I was looking for) from somewhere. Within 16 hours the trousers were ready for trial. After my second trial I was happy and ready to leave. They sensed that it was 100% ok and volunteered to take it from 99% to 100% and have it delivered to my hotel in 2 hours. Amazing service! - for that and for the quality of the final product I will give it 5 stars. Definitely recommend.

I chose to visit Izi store based on recommendations by others here on trip advisor. I had brought photos of several different designs that I wanted to combine parts of to design my own linen tunic and culotte pants. I was really pleased with the way the designer worked with me to fine tune the ideas to create something special for me at a reasonable price. There was no pressure and I appreciated a fair up front price without having to negotiate. Just in passing, Google maps does not show the correct location for the store. It is on north east side Tran Phu where it intersects Nguyen Hue. The sign outside says Gian Don Izi.

I was walking by the shop and the nice fabrics lured me in. They are very different than the other places in the town.
The people were so friendly and helpful. They know what they talk about and don’t want to set you off. I couldn’t choose between the fabrics and they just tell me that I can look intill I know what I wanted.
They gave me good advice and I could ask them everything to do what i want.
It was ready the next day. I am very happy with my dresses and if you want something special and will be treated well and with patient you should go to Izi!

After an online search for linen tailors in Hoi An, revealed a recommendation for IZI clothes store. I decided to pop in to their store and check out their linen selection and quality of tailoring. I decided on the spot to get clothes made, the women were friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. I had previously had clothes made in Hoi An on a seperate trip and was not that satisfied with the end results. My experience with the women at IZI was completely different. They are so lovely and professional. I started out with getting 3 items of clothing and ended up with 7 (5 made to order and a silk pj set bought from their in-store collection). I choose to get 2 pairs of trousers, 2 wrap tops and 1 shoestring singlet made, plus a silk eye mask and some headbands fixed. I showed them pictures and physical items of clothing I wanted copied and discussed slight changes I wanted made, they were careful to get all the details just right. The tailoring was spot on and they were so accomodating with any changes I wanted made. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend IZI tailors, I hope to return and get more clothes made!
