Es ist über 13 Jahre her, seit ich in La Ventana mit dem Kitesurfen angefangen habe. Während dieser Reise haben wir großartige Freunde gefunden und großartige Möglichkeiten gehabt. Wie das Erlernen der Kunst des Lehrens in San Francisco und das Organisieren von Kite-Camps mit KGB-Kiteboarding. Diese Erfahrungen haben uns Zeit gegeben, zu wachsen, uns weiterzuentwickeln und mit einer unglaublichen Crew von Menschen zusammenzukommen, die heute die Saladita Kite-Schule ist.

Saladita team was fantastic! I came to La Ventana to learn to kiteboard while having a relaxing vacation. The glamping accommodations were comfy, especially as the tents are next to a beautiful house with a yoga/movement space, pretty outdoor dining area, and rooftop to see the sunrise. Breakfasts were incredible, and we were taken to great spots for the meals we ate out.
The kiteboarding (or wingfoiling) lessons are given by experienced instructors. Ando and all the instructors care about safety, teaching you well, and making sure you have fun on the water. I did my first downwinders during the camp and am happy with the progress I made.
Hanging out with the rest of the camp, the instructors, Saladita staff and friends was a blast and I'm excited to come back for more.

Saladita Kite School is hands down the best kite school in La Ventana. They have an amazing location on the beach and the crew makes you feel like part of the community. I signed up with Saladita Kite school because I wanted to put in the hours to learn how to become an independent kite surfer. They offer an array of lesson package hours to make it easy to work on your progression as a kite surfer on your time. Their prices are an incredible value for the quality professional service they deliver and I felt safe on and off the water. From spending time on the phone with Emily prior to arrival going over my list of questions, communicating with Jando on arranging schedules, to my actual lessons with instructor Pinky the whole process was simple. They work with you on your goals to provide the best possible lesson experience through tailoring equipment to fit your size and wind speed for the day. After 11 hours, I now am an independent kite surfer, and I can't wait to go back and see everyone again :)

Everyone under the Saladita tent, the staff, students, and other randoms, carry a very positive energy and camaraderie! They are an absolute blast to be around. My friends and I went from having quite novice kiteboarding abilities to feeling comfortable flying and riding in the water and on the beach around other kiters after a few solid days of instruction. The patient, talented staff talked us through each step, explaining in depth how things work and why. Out in the water they were right there on the radio giving advice and joking and applauding when appropriate to keep spirits high. We even got some beach volleyball games in with them during the evenings which were hilarious. Just another a highlight of our trip courtesy of the Saladita crew! Hope to see you all again sooner than later!

I can't say enough great things about Saladita: the instructors were excellent (and a ton of fun to hang out with), the location and wind was perfect for kiting, the equipment was well maintained, and I always felt safe. I had four days of lessons and definitely improved a ton this week. I was an absolute beginner at the start of the week and by the end of my trip was confidently going down wind. My instructor made sure I understood all the fundamentals and helped me get out of a few tricky situations I would have screwed up on my own.
It's hard to imagine having a greater day in La Ventana than having a lazy morning, mid-day kite surfing lessons, and sunset beach volleyball with your instructor and friends. I can't recommend kite surfing with Saladita enough!
One caution inherent with all kite surfing outfits is that lessons are very dependent on wind conditions. Schedules can change abruptly based on the wind so make sure and have your phone handy!

These guys do it right! This has got to be the best place to learn how to kitesurf in La Ventana. I've taken lessons all throughout Latin America and Saladita is definitely the most professional outfit I've gone with. Great instructors and gear. I'm super stoked with my progress and owe a huge thanks to my instructor Roberto and Ando, the owner of Saladita.

I spent a week here in November and it was utterly wonderful. The place is just breathtakingly beautiful, and its a kite surfing paradise. The team were wonderful: my instructor instantly made me feel safe and he really helped me to improve quickly. And the rest of the team looked after me really well, making me feel like one of the family. Thanks so much for everything, hope to come back again soon.

Ando and team were the best! I worked with Kim and she was excellent. I took 5 lessons, beach practice for the first, body drag the second, then was up and riding by the third. Ando and Kim were super communicative, if there was no wind, no problems, easy to reschedule. Gear was new and well kept. I recommend Saladita to everyone

If you want to learn kite surfing in La Ventana, saladita is THE one!! The school came highly recommended by my hostel and also several locals in town. The location is BEAUTIFUL and the instructors are all super friendly, there's a great community vibe and everyone made me feel super welcome. My instructor was knowledgable, explained everything thoroughly, made sure I understood everything and was patient when I asked questions. We also had
a lot of fun and laughs which was a bonus!! It felt amazing to master the skills and i felt fully supported along the way. Would highly recommend saladita for anyone looking to get in to wind sports. You won't regret it and you will have an amazing and fun experience 🥰

If you want to learn kite surfing in La Ventana, saladita is THE place to learn! They came highly recommended by the hostel I was staying at and also other people in town. The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable from the start. My instructor explained everything thoroughly, made sure I understood everything and was patient when I asked questions. We also had a lot of fun which was a huge bonus!! The location is beautiful and I had an amazing experience overall. You won't regret learning to kite - what an amazing sport and the passion of the school shines through. Thanks for an amazing experience!!

Excellent experience, great communication with Emily to set up my first classes. I took the 14 hours package. I was up and riding independently at the end. My instructor was Kim and she was amazing. Best of all is the community, I finish my course months ago but still come often to hang out with Ando the owner, he always has great tips to improve my skills, Alex is the master instructor for jumping, Pablo AKA Pinky is also very helpful all the time, always helping launching the kite and very encouraging. Lets not forget Manuel, the local extra friendly kid. Is a very friendly team, and makes the kitesurfing sessions even better. And if you are thinking wing foiling, Ando is the best instructor. All the staff is bilingual or trilingual, and is nearby beach restaurant La Tuna, so convenient for beers after work! kitesurfing, kiteboarding, kite foiling and wing foil are activities you can do alone, with kids, with friends with family. Looking forward more windy days with Saladita family!

Sin duda las mejores clases de kitesurf en Mexico. Todos excelentes maestros y muy pacientes. Las clases y tips precisos para que aprendas a kitear lo mas rápido posible. En todo momento estuvieron atentos aprovechando cada minuto de la clase y metiéndole toda la energía para que aprendiéramos y la pasemos bien. Todo el tiempo me sentí super segura y tuve un avance increíble. Son los mejores!
