I enrolled my son in 2 weeks of summer camp for July, which on paper looked really nice!
the Friday before the start they confirmed everything and I made the transfer of the balance as requested, on Saturday at 12.30 I receive an email (not even a phone call) where they wrote, cause cancellation of some participants the camp would not take place.
Nowhere is it stated that there is a minimum number to activate the camp and I had not even been told about this possibility, even the day before.
Having put me in difficulty with this cancellation at the last minute, I expressed, in a very polite way, my disappointment and said that I found the organization approximate, I saw myself replying badly, that they could not do anything about it and they even told me that we were on vacation and nothing would change us (which is not true having to work anyway)
Luckily I found a solution, in Sauze there are great people, but since my son really cared I tried again for the following week to which he was already enrolled, but at my request to confirm it anyway, I had the money returned and answered the bad way again

But if you find the field at the bottom of the village open, that is very nice and Jimmy is really good!

We booked a lesson for our 5 year old son on his first experience on the snow, asking the day before if the weather conditions were ideal given that they had snow, they reassured us and asked us to pay immediately... on the day of the lesson it fell 3pm cm of snow with -5 degrees, dark sky all day... I called the secretary to find out if it could be moved given the terrible weather and the fact that I had been reassured the day before of a condition totally different from reality and he shouted at me face it, congratulations on your manners and honesty... asking is legitimate, answering is courtesy... not always

Buonasera signora,
per prima cosa il maestro il giorno prima Le aveva detto che avrebbe nevicato (solitamente accade in montagna) e Lei mi ha chiamata 20 minuti prima della lezione per disdirla in pieno periodo di alta stagione quando non avrei fatto in tempo a rivenderla. Le previsioni le aveva già viste al risveglio presumo e le assicuro che tutti i bimbi dei gruppi e delle lezioni private hanno svolto le stesse senza alcun problema. Disdire 20 minuti prima è mancanza di rispetto per l'ora che il maestro perde e le assicuro che non c'erano - 5 gradi (cosa anch'essa normale a gennaio a 2000 metri) ma -2 gradi.
Io non ho affatto urlato anche perchè se ben ricorda causa influenza ero afona quindi direi improbabile.
Mi dispiace che la Sua esperienza non le sia piaciuta ma probabilmente non è avezza alla montagna che ha proprie regole e condizioni meteo.

Brilliant! Second year for my 8 year old learning snowboarding with Diego. He was exceptional and I now have one very happy snowboarding dude Thank you.

Icy in the morning soft later. My son was not as good as he thinks he is but maybe now he is. Private 1 on 1 lessons was the way to go!

I booked private lessons for both my wife and son while in Sauze. My son had never skied before and so was very frightened. The team at Snowmaxx were very friendly and warming to both my son and wife. They were at the top waiting for them which was very clearly marked and made themselves well know so easy to find.
My son was very nervous to start with and the team took great care of him and once I had left the team took great care to ensure he was comfortable and happy.
My wife had tried skiing a few timings but these private lessons were to boost her confidence and ability. When I can back to collect my son and my wife the there both smiling, happy and looking forward to the lessons for the week.
They both achieved so much within the week of lessons and my son even managed to come down the red route without any issues.
Well done the team Snowmaxx for the lesson and we will be back.

We used snowmaxx for my 4 year old little
Boy, who was very nervous and honestly so was I. As soon as I picked him up after lesson one, he asked when he was going back, he had the best time, by day 3-4 he was confidently coming down hard blue/red runs and on day 5 skied past me 🤦♀️ And waves as he went down.
We will use them again for my little girl, as soon, as she is older enough
I also used them myself to help with my confidence and I can say they did that, I’m a nervous skier and they help me and guided me, thank you Snowmaxx

Booked three mornings of private lessons for my wife with Iole from Snowmaxx as a last attempt to try and enable her to enjoy a ski holiday - having opted out of the last two seasons this was genuinely do or die for skiing. Despite decent technique and capability previous ski trips have been spoiled for her (and me when we couldn’t ski together) by extreme nerves and lack of confidence. Can't explain how she did it but within the first morning my wife was skiing with Iole down black runs - with confidence! Iole just seemed to know what was required to boost and instil confidence offering tips and advice based on what she saw, taking the lead and providing great lines to follow down a wide range of slopes. Days 2 and 3 I joined them and we covered a wide range of slopes across the resort meaning when my wife and I skied together without Iole it was as if we’d already skied so many slopes we may have done the one we were on (it wasn’t always the case but my wife’s uncertainty as to whether she’d done it before seemed to lend her belief in being able to ski all slopes - even blacks she’d never have even stood at the top of on other holidays). I can honestly say this is the best skiing trip I've ever been on. There were still times when my wife’s nerve wobbled but by keeping Iole's tips and directions in mind she kept her nerve which meant all 6 full days of skiing were a great success. A first! I'd definitely recommend Snowmaxx and Iole to other skiers.

Abbiamo cercato di prenotare lezioni di sci, servizio pessimo sembra che ti facciano un favore, neanche la cortesia di una telefonata, signorina sgarbata e disinteressata senza nessuna capacità commerciale e di interazione con il cliente.
Poi ci si chiede come mai i turisti preferiscano il Trentino... per l’educazione e la cortesia!!!

This is our 4th ski holiday. My son and husband booked a 2hr lesson with Carlo and really learnt a lot from him and felt they had the best weeks skiing after his lesson.
My 9 yr old daughter was in ski school and took a tumble on a black run and this really knocked her confidence so We booked her in for a private lesson with Carlo too . This was great as she got her confidence back was was happy to tackle some of the more challenging runs.

We enrolled our kids at the Snowmaxx school for 2 hours on our first day of our snow trip. An instructor named Carlo took them for the 2 hours. The kids loved every minute of it. Carlo was easy going with kids, they always listened to him, and after 2 hours our kids were safely skiing down the training slope. Our kids wanted Carlo to take them for 2 hours each day we were at the snow. He had them on the main ski slopes by the end of the short holiday skiing with confidence. He had built a small bond with our kids and im sure they will never forget their lessons with Carlo. Highly recomend snowmaxx to anyone, and if you can get Carlo teaching you no doubt you will come away with some good skiing skills.

Hello could you please tell me would it be best to obtain our lift passes when we arrive on Sunday or should we book before arriving there are five of booked in to hotel Martin 2 boarding; 3 skiing & were all really looking forward to a great week in Italy thankyou Chris.
