Grand daughter had birthday party booked.
Terrible service from moment we arrived. Room not ready. Staff so slow it's annoying!
I helped them clean to speed them up!
Children's lunch food was cold and those children with dietary requirements had too wait far too long, all other children had eaten before food arrived!
Then a plastic tub of baked beans was just thrown onto table by staff, but some children had already finished eating. by this time!
A particular male staff member, was rude and shrugged his shoulders when asked where food was! He continued to be very rude and when we tried to speak to him he ignored us!
He was dismissive and very unhelpful, staff stood around talking and laughing amongst themselves!

First of all, the bowling was a great experience- everything was going well.
we decided to get some food. They had supplied a menu, however when we went to order they claimed to have no food. We then went over to the cold food section, which consisted of only 3 nearly expired options. we then went to the so called 'popcorn machine'. The staff clearly hadn't been bothered to remove the USED boxes off of the top of the machine. the machine then proceeded to supposedly be 'out of order' after the staff told us it was available. The air hockey table didn't work, and neither did the other game machines. one of the game machines took our money and STILL wouldn't work. The staff then turned off this machine, We then saw a few minute's later that it had been turned back on. Overall, definitely would NOT recommend this place. Will never be going back.

We had my grandsons 8th birthday party today , in the VR centre at salt hill activity centre. Wow the staff were amazing , so professional brilliant with the kids. We had 10 8 year olds and they absolutely loved it . They even let some of the old farts have a go , excellent experience. We then had the party room , which the kids had pizza and chips which was fine for them maybe next time will order an extra pizza we also brought snacks . The staff were brilliant couldn’t do enough for us . So if you’re looking for something different I would highly recommend a VR party . Thankyou all.

First time at trampoline area. kids had a great time only because there were only 5 children.
I asked for a card for returning and was refused.
There were about 4 staff visible when we arrived, talking and not really interested.
The cafe staff member arrived about 15 mins late, and opened the cafe so staff there.
Tables all set up, however I was told no hot food and no sandwiches ,only the ones in the cold area which was opened and had been there for a least a day or two, or muffins which were dry.
I was told to use the machines for drinks. , staff now numbered 5 and they were all standing doing nothing and talking.
A good manager is required to offer a first class service , this would increase numbers and keep this area open.
When we finished we were not able to get a snack for children , so walked into Slough.
It was not acceptable as funds have been tight and this was paid by family member to give the kids their summer holiday treat.

We celebrated our son’s birthday end of October’22 when the venue was reopened for parties - post covid.
It was nice and staff are very friendly, specially centre manager : Ms. Samiha , who went above & beyond for us, THANK YOU

Not enough parking daytime weekend.
Young staff just ignore you.
Dirty and unorganised.
Daughter left with facial rash after jump area.

Was a bit concerned about this soft play as it was in Slough - and not a place I really like visiting to be candid.
However - decent soft play. Good size, good value, well run, free parking, and clientele not bad for Slough.
Would return - but probably midweek only.

very bad experience to a group of 7 adults plus 1 child, no any bar opening no any chance to buy a beer or snacks the automatic machine (kitkat) not working take a money but nothing give back . no any chance to change money in coins to play to the toys machine..... reception (1 member of staff )in all this place . money waste !!!

Visited this morning with my little one, was lovely as it was so quiet, but would have liked to have had a coffee and maybe something for little one. However the cafe doesn't open until 11am! I couldn't see if there was a vending machine around for at least some water!
The place was a ghost town ill be surprised if it manages to stay open for much longer! Next time I'll go elsewhere where I can get some refreshments!
