Went for my daughters 2nd birthday, brought tickets online the day before.
After having such a great time at the farm and also a fantastic meal we decided to get the annual pass, they even took the money off the pass that we paid for the tickets.
100% recommended 👌 👍 ✨️

A great selection of animals.
We were lucky to see a polar bear playing with a ball in the lake and a great view of the brown bears.
Many other animals, farm animals and rare breeds.
We took our dog that is unusual and he was allowed everywhere sorry from the reptile and butterfly houses.
We took it in turns to go into the butterfly house and it's well worth it trying to find all the different species.
There is also lots to keep children entertained.
Had a good meal in the restaurant.

Amazing time at Jimmy’s farm which is a cross between a modern, well-kept, clean, spacious & hi-tech farm & a zoo.
Expect your usual farm folk like sheep, pigs, horses, chickens etc & add in an array of wildlife like the brown bear, armadillos, crocodile, monkeys, camels, free-roaming peacocks and so so much more.
Animals aside there were ample sheltered picnic spots, reasonably priced shops, toilets & wash facilities. Plenty of play areas to keep the little ones entertained, and due to the gravel tracks everyone remains relatively clean even in the rain.
Loved our trip here and would highly recommend it to anybody looking to visit. Yes the tickets are a bit pricey, but the facilities are well worth it.

Absolutely love Jimmy's farm.
Clearly the animals are very well looked after, clean and plenty of open space for them the roam.
Came to see the polar bears and they are absolutely outstanding. They looked very happy and very well cared for. Jimmy has done a fantastic job in his conservation of these beautiful animals.
The park has everything for everyone with plenty to see and do. Feeding the goats and donkeys is a great experience and the animals are very friendly being used to the human interaction.
We had lunch in the Barn restaurant and it was brilliant from start to finish. Excellent food, friendly staff and very reasonably priced. This isn't your zoo, theme park type eatery with frozen pizza and frozen chips. This is proper good food like you would expect in a decent restaurant. All produce is from the farm cooked fresh and organic.
Highly recommend you visit. We've been a few times before and will be going again.

Went with 9 year old granddaughter. She loved the bluebell woods where she enjoyed adding logs and branches to the dens. Came particularly to see the polar bears and Arctic wolves, which we did. Such a shame these beautiful animals are in captivity, but better than dead I guess. Jimmy has done a great job with their enclosures. Play areas were great...clean too. We had a lovely day. Special mention to the food in the Barn restaurant. Lovely and fresh with good selection.

Best farm around, so many animals, not commercialised, animals all have lovely big open spaces but you can still see them. All look well looked after.
My only annoyance was the park with the big green slides by the reptile house. Awesome bit of equipments but that section is not inclusive. With children age 10, 3 and a disabled daughter age 7 who struggles with climbing frames, only my 10yo could manage this equipment and the way it’s made I couldn’t get in to help them We didn’t want to skip this section as my 10 yo wanted to play but my younger kids had to wait until we got the bouncy pillow section, which as you can imagine with a 3yo and a child with a disability this didn’t go down well. In such a huge area which has so many picnic benches, it would be amazing for some sort of entertainment or small piece of climbing equipment suitable for those younger children and those with disabilities. Maybe something sensory or role play so the whole family can enjoy that section while eating lunch or a snack.
Apart from that I absolutely love Jimmys farm and wish we lived closer so we could go more often.

I'm late to review this place.
We visited in December '24, mid week, it had been for an Easter gift experience.
The day was bitterly cold and there were elevations all over, which made the wind more bitey!
However, our experience of meeting the Arctic foxes was excellent, the lady keeper took us around (Maye), and was so nice and patient.
(We chose this time of year so that the foxes would have their white winter coat.)
Of course we could check out the other animals, and the Polar bears were amazing too.
The restaurant supplied a nice meal, but I was soo cold - but hey, it was December!
I have to say though, the farm shop
was a let down, I don't know why but I was expecting more from that, I suppose as I recall the old TV series's of 'Jimmy's Farm', as then they seemed
to focus on rare pigs etc., but I guess things change.
For us it was a bit of a hike getting there but generally worth it.
My only real gripe is that it seemed really difficult to actually speak to anyone on the phone before hand, the receptionist lady at the gate, apparently was soo stressed doing numerous jobs at once! (Although, it seemed very quiet to me, she should do my job, - ha), and I felt the sign posting was poor, but maybe that's just just me being dim.

We came on Saturday 15th March for my daughters 6th birthday and we were absolutely blown away by this place, we had been before just after lockdown but 5 years on its altered and grown so much, staff were lovely, the farm it self was absolutely huge, the enclosures were so spacious for all the animals and we were so honoured to experience our first ever polar bear encounter. Jimmys farm rescued 4 polar bears aswell as the brown bears and artic wolfs. Well done guys I hope you look at it all and are so proud. We will absolutely be back

Do they have wet weather policy? We are booked for tomorrow thinking of still coming but if its too cold and wet for grandchildren do we get a re visit voucher ? Thanks

No, there is no time limit. It comes down to your energy level and if you have kids, their energy levels too before they get cranky. Take water to walk around with. The Barn restaurant is a haven after all that exercise. I had the ribs, my GF had a lovely tart and salad. Enjoy it all.

We love welcoming dogs to the park. In fact, we are one of only 2 mainstream wildlife parks that allow dogs in the UK. We even sell ice cream for dogs! My two love it.
The only places the dogs can't go is where we have free roaming animals....the tropical house, butterfly house and the Outback Safari.

How accessible is it? I have to you a mobility scooter

Hi there. Mobility scooters are able to make it around the park...we do have gravel pathways and one gentle slope of a hill. I wouldn't recommend taking it right up into the woodlands though.
We do however have an all terrain scooter that's an absolute beast of a machine! It's available for hire for a £10 refundable cash deposit. Just make sure you book for it in advance.

Hi there. Most things are now open like the indoor spaces and play areas. The restaurant remains closed for now, although hot food is being served from the field kitchen.
Unfortunately we're not able to do our close contact activities like animal handling and fishing because we can't afford to put our staff at risk of infection, but there's still plenty to do.

Yes you do, it’s so they can make sure the number of people in the farm isn’t too many so that social distancing can be maintained. It’s all done via their website
